A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza for delivery (3/22/23 7:05 pm). I called in my order and gave my credit card. The guy seemed new because he ask for my card number twice. I thought this was strange. Two days later, my credit card was charged twice. This pizza cost me $100. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager (3/24/2023 10:01 am). I told the manager my situation and he didn’t believe me. He said that I haven’t order since November. I guess he was going off my phone number or something. I told him I was charged twice and he said our system doesn’t allow it. He was very rude. Basically calling me a liar (he could have looked at the receipts but he called me a liar). He said he would talk to his night manager. He never called me back. I called again (3/25/23 10:59 am) and talked to a manager named Savanah. I told her the situation and she quickly put me on hold and went and checked the receipts. She ended up finding a duplicate charge to my credit card. Savannah was able to refund my charges (5 days later). Savannah was very nice and easy to deal with. The other manager is the reason why I will never order from them again. Not only did they charge me twice but they call me a liar when they could easily verify with the receipts. I have a feeling that this manager is doing this to other people and over charging people to pocket the money. I will never fill comfortable giving out my credit card to blackjack pizza again.

Ordered for delivery at 7:14pm (hotel is 2.2miles away)…most amazing pizza showed up at 7:42pm!! This place is so good…definitely give them a try…wish we lived out here it would be our go to pizza weekly!

Man. This place is always incredible. I know the jackpot isn’t for some, but for me, it’s a pick me up when I’m down. Sun on a rainy day. Their cinnastix are always hands down the best. I haven’t had a single bad order of each out of at least 15 orders. I order them every other week or once a month as my guilty pleasure and they never fail to pick me up. Incredible. Thank you so much Blackjack. You’ve earned a lifetime customer.

This was my first time here. I chose the hand tossed style. The sauce is a more sweet than salty, but not overly so. They did not hold back on the toppings, chunk sausage and black olives for me. If this is consistent, I could have a new favorite pizza spot.

First time having Blackjack Pizza and we would order again! Not our absolute favorite pizza but it was delicious. The square pizza was cooked just right, crispy on the bottom but not gooey in the middle. The marinara sauce for the cheese bread was like they put tomato paste into a container and served that. That would be my only complaint.
