Ordered at around 7:30 on “Slice” app and waited about an hour or so before realizing it wasn’t coming. There was a technical glitch with the app and the store not getting my order. Problems happen and I believe strongly that this is where customer service is most important and this Blackjacks went above and beyond to make the experience a good one! They compensated for the delay, got an order out right away, the delivery guy was great and friendly, acknowledging what went wrong so I knew what happened, and most importantly it was super hot and delicious! Great job from this team and I would order again and again because the result is far superior to anything those other “chains” try to pass off to you! Thanks Blackjack!

Pizza and wings are always hot and fresh when they arrive. Delivery was quick and on spot for timing. They always follow the instructions on our pizza. Love the well done option, really gives a crispy crust. Always pleased when we order from blackjack but especially this location. Thank you!!!

I walked in to buy a large salad lobby service was mediocre didn’t receive a receipt? When I got home the salad had big chunks of lettuce in it It was half the size A large basically ten dollars salad use to be. I’ve recommended this place with salads before in the past but I will no longer purchase or turn people on to them:(

Gentlemen working the front was professional and seemed to be working hard. Meanwhile the rest of the staff was goofing off and standing around with a lobby full and no orders completed. I seen one older gentleman peeping boxing and organizing orders but overall very poor managed. There was 4 online orders that walked in for pick up and none were ready. The female who took my order was a poor listener. I had to repeat my order multiple times and had a random mix of letters of what seemed to be a male name Andrew out of order so no one could even pronounce the name entered when the order was complete. Complete mess.

I only gave 2 stars because the pizza was good, but other than that, the pizza was late and the delivery guy was insanely rude. Had the nerve to say “really? It’s memorial day” after I handed him a 5 dollar tip. And then shoved the pizza into me, rudely said Thank you, and walked away.

Ordered a large Cheese-steak pizza?? Ended-up with 4 inches of crust and only a small circle of burnt meat in middle and no sauce under what little cheese there was.. Nasty and a complete waist of 23 bucks.. Two bites out of one slice, yuck, im done! Now I have to buy myself dinner twice tonight;( Not coming back for this again!
