The BlackJack on Quebec is probably the finest store in the Franchise. Order here and you’ll be met friendly understanding staff willing to actually serve the customer. I’ve had an issue at this store but if I did I am certain that it would be addressed quickly whether I was at fault or they were. But to be clear, I’ve never had an issue with this location.

First time getting pizza from here. It was actually really good. Ingredients were fresh and pizza crust wasn’t bland. Good amount of cheese. Good price for the quality. It was ready pretty fast. Friendly worker. I’ll definitely buy again.

EDIT: Went in today to speak with the manager and she was not there, however there was a really sweet women working at the counter (MY USUAL EXPERIENCE ) who was so empathetic with my situation and left a message for the manager to contact me back AND SHE DID . Randy was a pleasure to speak to! She not only empathized and apologized but she went above and beyond to fix the situation. I ordered carryout online, The wait said 20 minutes but still had to wait. The pizza was ok. Nothing like I remember. Oh, and if you go to the pick up window you better ring the bell because if you don’t they WILL act like they don’t see you.

Ordered on their website. They left the pizza at my doorstep and didnt knock or text. Was sitting there for 20 minutes cold. Called and they blamed it on a third party. The pizza was cardboard. Stopped eating it. And they didnt give me any napkins, peppers, or the ranch I purchased. Dominos is across the. street.

❗️❗️Usually dont do reviews but well today was not a good day I did an online order which I did my normal order not realizing my order was for pick up I get home an hour later and my kids told me pizza never arrived I never received a call letting me know my order was just sitting there SMH. I understand I made the mistake on my order for pickup and not delivery but I think it’s very unprofessional for them not to even call me and let me know my order was not picked up in the whole time it was just sitting there. I called them they told me my order was there of course I go get it cause my kids are hungry but not even an apology they told me they don’t call that it happens all the time that people don’t pick up their order till an hour later. I don’t think that’s ok it’s a bit upsetting they would just let people’s orders sit there that long and not have the courtesy to call someone.

New owners. The pizza is more expensive and worse quality. The coupon codes emailed out to customers no longer work at this location. The delivery fees (plural) are a joke. $6 for delivery PLUS a Denver Wage Fee (like $3 or something) PLUS a tip. In our last order, our Mediterranean pizza was missing toppings (red onions, tomatoes, and feta). The toppings were so sparse that some of the slices had only mozzarella cheese (one slice had one olive). The order previous to that was also wrong. Our pizza came with beef instead of sausage and had no mushrooms. It’s too bad that no other Blackjack location delivers to our address.
