I’m really super disappointed in this blackjack’s work ethic. I guess it’s ok to not completely cut a pizza completely when it’s for a customer who clearly wanted it cut to eat. Now I’ve gotta find a way to cut it. How difficult is it to firmly press your pizza cutter all the way through some very hot/soft dough????? What’s funny is my wife ordered it this time & y’all still messed up.

No lie the best pizza here in Lakewood or in Denver really! I see a lot of reviews stating bad customer service but every single time I have ever ordered a pizza for delivery or carry out it’s always ready on time or before hand! The employees inside the store and always very helpful and polite. I only order from here from now on. The wings are amazing but it’s the pizza that gets me to come back! If you read the reviews from google maps, ignore them and just try it! I can promise you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Blackjack on Florida and Sheridan in Denver Co is the absolute worst. I ordered my order which apparently goes through a site called Slice. I ordered $81.00 worth of food which never arrived. The manager on duty will not accept responsibility for the driver delivering to the wrong address and refuses to replace or refund my order. He states that it is up to Slice to refund my order. Slice refuses to refund my order and says it is up to Black Jack to refund my order. So I guess both companies do not care about customer service and are essentially thieves. Where is my money I’m out? Absolute worst service ever!!!

My food was good and hot. It arrived in a timely fashion. Even paying double what the coupon said (after tip an delivery fee which is ok) getting something you didn’t order really is a downer. At 10 at night I could never call an ask for my food to be corrected for many reasons. All I ask is if your not gonna make the substitutes. Don’t offer it period. Thank you an hope great pizza is in everybody’s future

If there was a zero star I would do that. Awful customer service. Do not come to this location. Recieved wrong order, called to let them know, they then deliver the correct order come back a THIRD time and take back the first one. I THOUGHT we were going to just keep it and they say they are charging me for the wrong orders cheeststicks. They took back the first order to deliever to the correct person? That’s so gross ! The manager was absolutely rude and said they will put me on a no call list. Buyer beware. You might get gross old food from someone elses house !

I ordered a $15 pizza and after all of the fees I ended up spending $25 for an over cooked cold pizza. The delivery driver looked like a homeless person and I found a hair on my pizza. I’ve had better pizza from 7eleven.
