Pizza taste was good. However, it was a train wreck when I received it and it was cut with no pattern(stray cuts through out.). Who ever put the pizza together you can tell enjoys what they do. You can taste the quality. It’s who ever cut the pizza and delivered that could careless about the business.

DON’T DO IT!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would. I ordered a Jackpot pizza on square pan crust and it was severely undercooked. When I called to notify a “manager” he basically said that his ovens are old and won’t be able to cook the pizza thoroughly so the company should stop selling that pizza on square crust. His lack of confidence in providing a quality product led me to ask for a refund instead. He then snarkly replied, “Well we should get our pizza back, too”. I told him that he was more than welcome to come back to pick up a half eaten pizza as long as we receive our refund. I have NEVER heard of such rude and reckless behavior – I will not order from this location again.

I called late about 30 min before closing. They were very nice and accommodating . Yes it was about 40 min for delivery but that is always expected when you order good pizza. I don’t know why anybody was complaining about a 45-minute delivery time. Pizza was great.

Poor customer service. Eta was 45min and took 1 hour and 25 min. Pizza was cold. Tried to call and the female person working was very dismissive and not helpful. Price not worth the food quality and service. 61.81 for a cold jackpot pizza 12 wings and a regular salad. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
