We recently switched from ordering from the Erie location, I have to eat gluten free due to dietary restrictions. The gluten free pizza here is phenomenal, I don’t know what it is, but even my husband who does not have to eat gluten free prefers it. On top of that all of our employees agree that the pizza quality has gone up significantly since choosing the Firestone location. Thanks guys!

This past Friday my family and I ordered three pizzas. I personally was dying to try the new spud pizza and let me tell you did not disappoint! We also tried the mac & cheese and it was so cheesy and creamy and delicious. If neither of these sound appetizing to you you can never go wrong with a thin crust full house! Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I will never go to these establishment. The lack of customer service is poor and the quality is dissatisfying. Order 6 pizza for a birthday party and all our pizza were not cut or barley cut. Talk to the owner and he didn’t believe it. Well… here are the pictures to show and prove it.

We have been ordering here for almost 4 years, and the customer service is beyond incredible. When things don’t go right, they always find a way to make it better. I can’t remember everyones name but the lovely lady I spoke to the last few times, Brittany is always so friendly, and you just know she speaks to you with a smile, they always keeps us coming back. If I could give less than one star I would. These people working today are terrible with customers. Got my order wrong, they wanted me to pay for another pizza and wait ten more minutes if I did because my order was supposedly done. I still has to wait ten minutes because my order wasnt done. One of the guys wouldnt even talk to me. The owner has to employ people that are good with customers and try to avoid them.

I’ve given it my best shot with patents, benefits of the doubt and optimism but the line had to be drawn. The proof is in the Sauce, some say and I agree. Too many times my pizza was not ready when promises, way overcooked (brittle and crusty) and never any ownership, accountability or fixing it. Ok, they did bring a pie to my house that they didn’t have ready (theirfore 2 stars). Take a peek into the kitchen and you see high school age kids maybe doing their best with prepping and cooking. I wander who the management really is. Say, I like pizza and I like dependable pizza. Not having what I expect when I order is like walking outside on a spring day and finding snow!! Brittle!! So getting the same thing, each time I order is important. It’s not happening here so it’s time to google a new pizza joint…to quote Bono, “to find what I’m looking for”

Have never had a bad pizza at Black Jack Pizza but Little Caesars is good enough to earn 5 stars as well. When I worked for Twin City Security I was a rover and I had permission to get a Black Jack Pizza when ever I worked overtime. Anyway back to pizza. I like to try different pizza places and it is rare to have a pizza better then Black Jacks. Howie’s with their flavored crust may be a tad better. And there was another pizza joint on Federal that may have been a tad better but it was twice the price. Actually glad that Little Caesars has finally raised their prices cuz now the wife may let me have Blackjack more. And it is rare that Little Caesars messes up a pizza and they will re do it on those occasions is my experience. Have only had one pizza at Howies. And have never had a bad pizza from them either. But with Black Jack never having a bad pizza is actually saying something; because, I have been eating their pizza since the 80s in many cities including but not limited to Fort Collins, Greeley, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver and Aurora. Oops left out Brighton which is the Blackjacks where I eat at the most these days. There is also a pizza place in Gunnison that may be a tad better but have only been there twice.

When I called to order the Full House pizza, a Pepperoni pan pizza, the Antipasto Salad, and the Cinnabread, the young man who answered was kind and very attentive. And WOW! As always, everything was delicious and just how we ordered it. If you haven’t been in a while, I would highly recommend Blackjack Pizza and Salads in Firestone !
