Delivery is almost always faster than estimated. My delivery driver today knocked on my door and i didn’t hear it. He called me to let me know he was here instead of leaving my pizza outside. Very thankful, wish I could remember his name!

Worst customer service! We ordered a pizza, the website said order will arrive in 95 minutes, we waited the 95 minutes, no pizza. Manager said there is nothing they can do (couldn’t find our order) besides us placing another order. We’ve have good service for over 2 years here, but this is ridiculous!

This used to be our go to pizza delivery. Four failed orders later, with little to no resolve provided by the store, we’ve given up on this location. The last incident was me calling to inform them they gave me someone’ pizza as it wasn’t even close to what we ordered. The only response was, “Ok, we’ll refund your money for that pizza.” No refund has ever happened and we were less worried about a refund and more concerned with getting what we ordered. I think the place is just too busy to care about accuracy or doing good business.

I’m not sure what happened but this used to be my go to pizza place, not anymore. I ordered a pick up pepperoni, easiest pizza to make. Driver took my pizza but they didn’t notice for 15 minutes, bad. They started a new pizza for me, good. Driver came back later and instead of giving me the fresh pizza they gave me the cold pizza from the delivery driver. I think it’s time to shop elsewhere.

I love saucy pizza and these people can pile it on if you prefer a moist rather than dry bite! The pizza is so hot that you must use a fork or the cheese will run off! This pizza is so delicious. They are always busy which is a good sign!
