I haven’t had black Jack pizza in about 12 yrs we moved to Windsor and there’s not a lot of options for pizza places. Anyway we recently moved to this area of Loveland. And theres a black Jack down the way. Over the summer I left a review for this place and I was so happy to leave a 5 star. Unfortunately I’ve come back to edit my review. I wish I could say it was still amazing. But the last 3 times we’ve ordered it was horrible. The delivery was still fast but the pizza it’s self? Were do I start?. A few short words overcooked very sloppily put together I’m still leaving three stars because the manager corrected the problem without question thank you I hope it’s just as good as it used to be sorry hopefully I can change my post soon only time will tell. The cinnamon bread and cheese bread was great .

Took an hour and a half to get my dam food. Food is meh as in “ok” manager is a total child. She likes to argue with customers like a narcissist, Can’t get anywhere with complaints because she is the manager….need to track down the regional and get her some customer service skills….also did I mention she hung up on me…..? Bosses sister none the less….

I ordered 2 pizzas and one of them had obviously been dropped or held sideways. The top of the pizza was next to it. Black jack pizza is too expensive for this kind of stuff to happen. Disappointing ☹️
