The food was really good, but I ordered in the store & they told me it would be 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, I inquired about my order. The Buffalo wings were sitting on the READY shelf, but the salad was forgotten. So I had to wait even longer for it to be made. My wings were luke warm by the time I got home. 30 minutes was way too long to stand waiting for an incomplete order. I will try them again some other time and hope the mix-up was a 1 time thing.

I’m a long time customer, and in the last 4 to 6 weeks. The service has gone from great to disgusting. I order extra sauce for the calzones, ordering 2 at time and paying for it and not getting it. cold products even the driver saying it’s cold ,waiting in access hr 1.5. Not getting what you order not wanting to wait again you deal with it. When you call back you hear them talking about you an laughing.

I placed an order through Door Dash, but my food was super tasty! I got a chicken calzone and asked if then had a way to do no red sauce or a white sauce instead. They did so as it had no red sauce, but inquired a fee after. The deep dish cheese bread was very good, cheesy, and crispy! I appreciate the amount of sauces and sizes they do give. Would order again, but wish the calzones were a bit more clear when ordering.

The person answering the phone was not helpful and not desirable to talk to I gave him one star because I do not want to see blackjack Pizza become like the rest of the pizza places so far Blackjack Pizza has been second to none good night express the environment should be friendly to the customers and welcoming I would hope that black jack would remind the people that work there that the customers are the ones that truly pay them they are your friends not just someone to throw a pizza at I will change my review depending on the next two times I use blackjack Pizza or not

Went in to order a pizza because I couldn’t order through the app. When I went in, they told me they were closed? The open sign was lit and it was inside of business hours. I get closing early if you’re not busy, but turn off the open sign and lock the doors. Have a modicum of respect for customers.
