First time here. Stopped for all you can eat tacos on a Friday night after working at the cabin all day. Husband had the tacos, typical American hard shell but very flavourful and generous filling. Server came by several times with a full tray for you to help yourself to more. I had 1/4 broasted chicken, baked potato, roll and soup (or salad). Beer cheese soup was good and piping hot. Chicken was excellent, not greasy, large breast and wing. Potato was delicious with butter and sour cream. Truly baked, not steamed. Waitress was very efficient and friendly. She kept up with everything and it was super busy. Atmosphere was good and family friendly. Kinda loud to have a conversation but no way to control that. Band was setting up. People looked like they were there for the evening. Very pleased. We will definitely be back.

I had the special – pulled pork sandwich with chips. It was super busy, but I still got my food quickly! They had a band- St Croix Harley band? They were pretty good considering that I had never heard of them before tonight. The atmosphere is always fun, with their patio, several TVs and great staff. Last Saturday I had the shrimp and cream cheese wontons. 2 of my favorites!

We stopped in for their Easter Egg Hunt, have not been in since I was a kid. I have to admit, when I was a kid it was very dark inside and a bit intimidating , lol. I was pleasantly surprised on Easter, they’ve put a ton of work into sprucing the place up and it looks great! It was very bright and cherry and the kids had an absolute blast. Will definitely be back for dinner in the near future and will update food stars accordingly.

A fun little dive. We all had the all you can eat tacos. The tacos were what a white Midwestern family might make in their own kitchens: hard shells(store bought) seasoned hamburger meat, shredded lettuce, chopped onions, and some taco sauce. I ate several. While our server was brand new, she did her job very well and didn’t leave our cups empty for long. I’ll likely be going again the next time I’m in the neighborhood, but don’t expect anything remotely authentic.

I did not eat there but I did see what they cooked and it worked really good and we will probably go out to eat there one of these days!

I ordered the steak sandwich medium rare, got it well done, but, it was still good. Tender enough to eat like a sandwich.

Had a great experience at the blacksmith, bartender was great, food was great and the drinks great. Bar menu. We will be back. Edit to add we have had the hangover burger, which is awesome. The kids get the chicken strips and fries. We prefer the fresh over the frozen. The forger burger is spicy and should maybe come with a warning, I love spicy and this burger was very very spicy. I had the blacksmith burger with swiss cheese, it was delicious but didn’t come with mayo or anything, a garlic aioli would put this burger over the top but I just asked for mayo and it was really good. We went today (3/27/21) for the Easter egg hunt. They put on an amazing egg hunt. So much fun for the kids and they do it by age for release time, which worked out very well, so the youngest ones were able to get eggs too.

Dark, dank and not very inviting. Think ‘dive bar’. Steer clear unless your just looking to get hammered and don’t care where you wake up.
