The worst customer service ever! The manager here is terrible. I ordered online and it charged my card twice. I was told that they couldn’t even give me my food because I didn’t have a confirmation number, which was never even emailed to me after I placed my order. My card was charged over 30 dollars and I was told they could not give me my order after they confirmed that it was their store based off of the charges and time stamps I was able to show them on my bank app. I am pissed. The manager told me to call corporate and request a refund. Which is funny because they don’t even answer the phone. I just wanted my food and yall wanna play games. Lesson learned. Never again will I go here. You just lost a loyal customer.

I don’t care what the name says on the outside. This is not Blake’s lota Burger anymore. From the bread to the cheese to the meat, everything’s different, including the menu. This used to be the only place I had a green chile cheeseburger not anymore. How Sad times have changed for the worse, not the better.

My husband and I had not eaten at a Blake’s Lotaburger for over 10 years ! Due to burgers not being as good as they used to be ! We took a chance at stopping in and ordering a it’s a combo burgers ! They were delicious! All men working in back ! We will definitely go back and eat there again! A+ !!!
