The food was incredible, I grew up in a small burger restaurant and the food tastes wonderfully similar. The bacon is thick and flavorful, the fries are the seasoned kind that are perfect without any sauce and better with buttermilk ranch. I have to give three stars on service because when I was in their menu was down but it was wonderful none the less.

Every time I order in this location they never mark which burrito is which. Having to play an unwanted game of burrito roulette. And the lack of sauce burritos are dry AF. I also ordered extra bacon which i never received just a sad single strip. Yet they still have the nerve to charge it as extra. I ordered at a time where there was just one person ahead of and it was slow. Just horrible experience.

The tv screens that usually show the menu weren’t showing any menus. Two were dark, one showed an ad. We asked the young woman at the register, Vohana, if there was a menu. She mumbled something. I said, “I’m sorry?” She said, “Menu is online.” In our entire encounter with her taking our order and then handing drink cups to us, there was never a hint of a smile or a “please” or a “thank you”. She was surly and barely communicative. The food was passable. The chicken strips were overcooked.

Understaffed, 30 minutes after ordering, finally got a burrito. Nobody calling out numbers, guess you just have to guess whose food is on the counter, 2nd time I been here and a 30 plus minute wait, and it wasn’t busy until after I ordered. Won’t be back.

A lways wanted to try a Blake’s but unfortunately wish that we had missed this one. It was getting late, we were hungry, and decide to order and sit down to get some food. We placed our order by a not very friendly server. We proceeded to sit down and wait for our order and after a few moments were delivered bags to the table. They could clearly see that we were seated but they look like they were in a hurry to get us out. The place was mostly empty and the tables were mostly dirty along with the floor so we cleaned off our own. We tried to rummage through the bags to make sure that we had the correct number of burgers fries drinks etc. The number was correct so we decided to pack it up and get out there. Employees were on their phones while they were trying to semi clean up the area. When we got to the hotel we discovered the the most important order belonging to my grandson was totally messed up. He had ordered a plain burger with cheese and ketchup on it only. Apparently they had put on their extra toppings with the hot green chili and tried to scrape some of it off however it left a lot of it on it ruining the burger for him. The one good thing that I did like were the chocolate shakes at we ordered which helped cool off our stomach and intestinal linings. I was so looking forward to this place maybe just maybe I will try a different location somewhere else. Just very disappointed this time.

I thought I would give them one more try. This is a different location than one posted a few years ago. Nothing has changed. The food, service and atmosphere are all subpar. The double “New Mexico Style” green chilli cheeseburger was tasteless. Compared to Whataburger’s similar offering, this is a wreck. I watched a cook wrap a burger, unwrap it, take items off and re-wrap it. Glad it wasn’t mine.

The girl taking our order, Vohana was very unfriendly. This is the second time that we’ve been treated this way. She, in my opinion doesn’t believe in treating people like you would want to be treated. Will have to get food somewhere else.

It took 24 minutes to get my single order of a greenchile cheeseburger and fries. One customer in front of me, pretty slow time of day. Both my burger and fries were luck warm at best. I complained and absolutely no response they just looked at me and went back to cleaning. I have had good food here but my lat visit was almost as unpleasant. Sorry I used to love this place but I won’t be back
