Orderd a cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was delivered and was a thing crust pizza which we don’t like. Called and complained and we were told that they had to use fresh dough. They offered to remake it, but it would be the same thing. Unacceptable with the cost of pizza these days. Told her they have lost a long, long time customer.

I stopped here after the bills scrimmage with my family while waiting for our food along with many other family’s doing the same a woman who was working in the kitchen brought out food for one of the other family’s was very rude nasty and very snippy with this family another family got up went to the counter and changed their order to go instead of dine in . When we told the lady at the counter we were told she’s just very stressed . This miserable lady snapped at my mother when she had asked a question. If this is how yous treat your customers I would truly hate to see how you treat your employees! I will definitely not be back to this establishment as I have never felt so un welcomed in a food establishment before in my life

I have ordered from this restaurant quite often look up set because on a Sunday night at 8:30 they close at 9:00 only cold subs and salad if you’re advertised open till 9:00 serve the food or don’t serve it all and it’s not pick and choose what the restaurant has available and about what the customer wants you if you’re advertising your offer to 9:00 10:00 you should serve your phone until then this should not be an option what we ask customers what we can order

Ordered 2 chicken salads with breadsticks and asked for cheese on both and got cheese on neither and almost broke a tooth on the stale breadsticks!!! $30 for 2 salads with wilted lettuce and very little chicken. Called the manager and was offered $2 for the missing cheese! Offered to bring new salads but couldn’t wait for another delivery. Won’t order from there again!!

Average local pizza place. No complaints I think the food is good but the fingers are a little on the soggy side. Usually pretty quick to serve if your looking for something for a quick lunch. They don’t offer cans only 2 L or from the fountain

I’ve been going to Blasdell pizza for well over 25 years and they have never disappointed. Some of the best pizza I have ever had has been from blasdell but I maybe a bit biased. My favorite part of the pizza is the sauce it taste great! They also offer double dough which is always enjoyable. Aside from the pizza in highly suggest the breadsticks or mozzarella sticks you can’t go wrong. They only thing I wish is that they had a northern location.
