Blatch’s is the best Vegan restaurant in Utah, hands down. The weekly specials are a hit every single time. Chris is the most passionate chef I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He cares about the community and making quality food so deeply and it shows. If you haven’t tried Blatch’s yet, you’re definitely missing out. There something there for everyone! Everything is made in house from high quality ingredients. The portions are HUGE enough to share or have leftovers, and Everything he makes tastes just as good the next day. 5 stars just doesn’t do Blatch’s justice.

I ordered the “Trifecta” for my birthday. It was packaged up nicely with specific instructions for re-heating. I even got the slaw “deconstructed” so that it could be made fresh the day of (pick up day is Friday, but my bday was on Sunday). They even gave me a delicious hot sauce which I cannot get enough of.

holy mother F this bbq is so dang good. I grew up in texas, worked at BBQ places, and am shocked this stuff is vegan. had the tempeh burnt ends, the nashville fried chicken less and a prime rib roast, nothing but strait FIRE!

I finally made it to blatchs backyard BBQ and brought two non vegans with me, we were all so in love with our food. We had the savory crepes and my girlfriend had a sweet one. We loved every bite!!! I’m stoked to go back. We also bought some hot sauces after trying them at the tasting station. YUM!

So first of all, go here. Vegans and non vegans alike. Non pretentious, passionate food lover is owner chef, Mr. Blatch himself. It is a house which I’ll be honest was surprising, but even more surprising was how gorgeous they have this set up inside. Furthermore, this is some of the best vegan food on the planet.
