I’ve never had blaze before today, but heard good things so I stopped in. They were definitely understaffed, so I was patient with the whole process. No problem there. HOWEVER, they had a woman working here that was quite literally the least professional person I’d ever dealt with in the food industry. I believe she was under the influence of something.

i started coming here recently and i usually get the cheesy bread and it’s always good, however i went recently and got the cheesy bread like usual and i asked for the garlic pesto, (wtv it’s called) and i had gotten it the day before and it was pretty good. (i have no idea what it is but i wanted to try it) so i got it again the next day but there was hella garlic and some green oil/sauce on it so i went up and asked if i could possibly get a new one without the stuff on it and the generally large white girl with the blonde hair had an attitude with me for no reason at all, and she had one when we came in too, and was just kinda rudely mansplaining the ingredients, so i got the new cheesy bread and she put 80% of the garlic on 2 pieces and it was just so overpowering. will now try to avoid going while she’s here

Best vegan pizza i have ever had. I was traveling from out of state on the 4th of July and i searched vegan options near me and Blaze pizza came up. I went there expecting a mediocre pizza but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be the best pizza I’ve ever had! I ordered the vegan pizza which came with vegan cheese and chorizo, peppers, basil, onions and mushrooms. I left the mushrooms off. Thanks Blaze pizza! Wish you had a location in the DC area 🙂

I often go to another Blaze location close to my house. Since I was visiting a friend and we saw this store, we decided to order to go. Nothing to complaint, it was quick and efficient, and the staff even changed a mistake I made while ordering my pie. The store is small in comparison to other locations, but still great.

Placed an order for 4 pizzas. Delivery guy came with one even though receipt said 4. Went back and came back with 3 more but the one pizza was half a pizza and the wrong order. When I called, you can’t get a live person and when I finally got a message saying it was going to a live person , I got a fax machine. Place is a disaster. I have a picture of the half eaten pizza.

Very fast and great quality. I’m a long time Blaze fan and I’ve noticed some locations are starting to slack, this location is not one of them. Great service, fast, and good quality. The manager and employee working were very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean and both people working wore masks properly and were very clean with food prep.

Wowzers that dinner was sure as heck yummy . Really hit the spot but only for two particular reasons: Nolan Thomas Fish and a young lad named Jeremiah. What stellar workers. These young individuals truly capped off my 2022 in a great way. Their customer service demonstrates that of only the highest standards, class, and moral values. They truly are the sun, lighting my pizza solar system. I believe these young men have bright futures and I can’t wait to see how far they go within the Blaze hierarchy of management!!!!

The pizza was great. Unfortunately, they “forgot” my order was ready so they left me standing there until so many people who had come in after me had been served that I finally asked. My pizza has been sitting cooling on a counter for who knows how long. They didn’t seem too broken up about, even though it was after a long day that was unnecessarily made longer. Also, I tried ordering Blaze from Door Dash once. Door Dash took the order and gave me a delivery time. Then Blaze cancelled the order, leaving us high and dry. Good pizza, bad service.
