I usually LOVE blaze pizza. This location however has really poorly trained staff who have absolutely no knowledge and no skill. It was my first time here today and I ordered a half Buffalo and half balsamic.. the whole pizza is soaked in balsamic. It is also still raw. The girl made it who was sweet and polite.. however, the next guy who made it was not only rude and unresponsive but seemed indifferent to his work. You can also see the raw capsicum that made the entire pizza bitter. Had to end up trashing it. This, after me specifically telling him that I’m taking it to go, please be mindful as it didn’t look like he was making a good pizza. I’m very disappointed and am going to ensure neither me nor anyone I know comes back here.

Today I went to store to order two large vegan pizza …. The assistant manger didnt have any idea about the pizza and she asked me to it spizzaform to look the pizza up. I said go over description and i adked her to add olive. She said it will have it. They made my two pizzas and i left, and when I got home, I found ome burned and one has no olive… i called the store, and i spoke with the manger who was very nice and he saud that he could write my name for replacement. I said that was fine. I went back to the store, as he was taking off and i couldn’t catch him. The assistant manger ( whilte lady) said she would take cate me. She left me waiting for 15 minutes to fix her lunch. Afterwords she said she could give me only one replacement… and i said make sure it has olive even if i have to pay axtra. And she said she would take care me. She kept me for another 15 minutes, and made the pizaa when I fgot it, it had no olive… and she aaid i put olive oil…. I said i told you 10 times olives… she cut the olive and she put it separately… i informed ger that tge other pizza is cold. She took the the other pizza and sge put it with its box in the oven…. And when it came out the box was burning …. This was the worst experience … the store didbt conside waisting of time and two trips to get just two pizzas… and two hours wasting of time… The assistant manger is not toned to clients… i called my brothers and he said he hot two vegan today too, and one of them was burnt… we both have our receipts 3/26/2022

We had a great experience here. The pizza tasted great and they also offer gluten-free crust. You basically are able to pick your crust and then the toppings that you’d like. Then they place in the oven for you and once it’s ready you can pick it up. Good atmosphere and the employees had a great attitude and were helpful and courteous. Good family spot or overall lunch location.

Have ordered here multiple times. We heard about them having vegan cheese and had to try them out. It’ currently our main vegan pizza spot. They have vegan chorizo and vegan cheese. I like that when I ask they load up the pizza with toppings at the same cost. ( Vegan cheese just doesn’t melt the same so you just need more of it). They offer glove switch and have separate utensils to avoid cross contamination. I’ve gotten very sick from cross contamination at other places so thats a big one for me. My fav combo is the V chorizo, pineapple and jalapeño ( mimicking the hawaian ). The have a really good rewards program and a bunch of online only specials so I recomend the app. I’ve redeemed multiple rewards and gotten free pizzas and appetizers.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before telling my family to try it. This was our first time and it will be the last. The pizzas were burnt, black edges and black bottoms. We each tired to find a few slices that were edible but threw the rest away. Also for 40 bucks, I would expect more.

This the blaze pizza in buford near the mall of Georgia.the staff was very helpful when ordering our pizzas. There was plenty of staff but none of tgem seemed to want to clean the tables as almost of of them were dirty.the pizza was delicious. I had a build you own pizza.the sauce and toppings of pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and ham were excellent. Their pizza was priced fairly and in my opinion was a good value for a great tasting pizza. IF they had done a better job keeping the tables clean I would say this was the perfect dining experience.Definitely will try them again.

Went to blaze pizza since they were running their end of summer bogo pizza deal. I walk in order my two pizzas, get to the register, and they said the deal was over… I said it literally ends today, 08/27. Yeah but the code expired at 1:15PM. It was lit 1:20PM -_- I said well if I knew a coupon expired in the middle of the day I would’ve only ordered one pizza. I then asked to see the manager and the manager was the one I was speaking to who wouldn’t honor the deal. I said I’ll take just one of my pizzas then since I came for the bogo. They charged me for the one and trashed the other….. a good manager would charge for the one pizza and honor the coupon despite being 5 mins late on the deal. The food is good but the customer service has been trash the last few times. Basic customer service goes along way and this place has none.
