Edited: Manager Casey called and made the situation right. tried the keto pizza for $4 more and 1 inch less. It was burnt. I was told this was how it comes out. It was tasteless and not worth $5 much less $15. Blaze pizza is my favorite pizza but this visit will have me skipping this place for a few months.

been here twice and will probably keep coming back! one time was dine in and the other was pickup. the line system is awesome and really makes sure you know what you’re getting on your pizza. all the staff members are super nice and gets your pizza done really quickly. they got everything right on my online pickup order too! i have a gluten and lactose sensitivity and im so glad they have accommodations for that!! (gf crust, vegan cheese). also i adore their cups, the lids are awesome and it feels so much better than a traditional fast food cup for some reason. overall really cute place and would definitely recommend!

This was a nice experience for my first time here. I’ve never been to a pizza place like this before. You build your pizza way you want then it’s put into the brick oven. It’s awesome and we’ll be coming back but will eat in next time so that it’s fresh n hot.

Blaze was like a pizza version of Subway. They make your personal pizza to order by adding the toppings you request as it slides down the counter. After it cooks, they deliver it to your table. The pizza ends up fresh and personal. It’s a unique approach to fast food pizza.

Very busy. Not enough seating for the amount of business they were doing. Li e was really long. But food was excellent and fresh. Cooked perfectly. Not many restaurants are this good anymore. So I ain’t complaining. I will just wait for a table when I go back and I will go back.

My husband & I were visiting Gainesville for the day and had lunch here. I have allergies & was excited to see a vegan pizza. They were friendly, & very careful with my food; even changing gloves before working on it. It was so very good & quick. And the best part is I didn’t get sick. My husband said his sausage pizza was excellent too. The outdoor patio was nice as well. Would definitely recommend & will visit again when we are in the area.
