It used to be one of my favorite pizza places, but lately, I’ve been consistently having a negative experience. The pizzas are consistently undercooked, and the dough doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I’ve had to return my pizza multiple times to have it cooked longer. Furthermore, the managers at the establishment are teenagers who lack knowledge about customer service. They are unprofessional and they have rude behavior.

The place was really busy and a little chaotic when we went. Had to ask to have the pizza cooked a little more after they took it out. The lemonade containers were both empty. Tables messy. But the pizza tasted good. Love the amount of topping options they have. And the price is so cheap compared to other places.

I haven’t been here in a while due to their terrible customer service. I like their pizza but never feel welcomed there. Today I had a BOGO coupon and used it against my better judgement. They drink area smelled FOUL and there was definitely mildew in the lemonade dispenser. Also they were out of the blood orange lemonade. The service… still terrible no smile, no welcome, no thank you from anyone and they literally throw the toppings on your pizza with no care… see photo

The pizza is good and the staff is friendly, the reason I’m giving a 2 stars review it’s because of the cleanness of this place. All the tables were dirty, napkins all over, cups and pizza leftovers. We couldn’t find a cleaned table and there was trash everywhere, restrooms were super dirty, paper towel on the floor and trash cans were completely full. Management should take this concern seriously if they want to keep customers coming to this place. .

Upper management might want to actually read a couple of these reviews and take some action because this place has gone way downhill. Take out must be the sole focus here because that’s the only thing they can seem to manage. All the tables, floors and chairs were dirty, had to ask for them to clean them, then eventually we just cleaned a corner to sit ourselves. No lids, no straws, no ice (they don’t tell you that when you buy a soda). Parmesan shakers all empty. No dough pressed. The line of people just stacks up because they had to press each pie as you order it. Every single employee looks like they literally hate their life. No communication, no smiles, all of them had earphones in their ears. It’s sad because the pizza is good once you actually get it, but the process has failed. We won’t be back.

What do you get when it’s social hour at blaze pizza? Burnt pizza!! Leadership failed and friends were busy talking to the employees for the hour we were there. All of the food was coming out bad. Not a favorable experience this trip.

I have been a loyal customer of Blaze Pizza for over three years, and I must say that the experience tonight was exceptional. The service provided by the staff, especially Nay and Kim, was nothing short of excellent. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made this visit enjoyable. I also appreciate the great work of managers Ullay and Felicity, who ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The delicious pizzas and the fantastic team at Blaze Pizza keep me coming back for more! Place had gone down hill. Were us the crisp fast service? Where is the organization? Where is the speed? Where is the…never mind. Just go some where else until they get their stuff together. It’s probably due to the turn over and constant new staff. I know how it is. Hopefully they get their stuff together and ill be back for sure. For now. I’ll just get stuff next door.

OMGGG I LOVE PIZZA! Keyla was just a great helper, as manager she knew everything she needed to know with helping ne make my pizza. She’s such a great multitasker and deserves a raise 100%. I would definitely 10/10 recommend thus place!!

Absolutely nothing special about the pizza. I had a barbecue chicken pizza served to me with no barbecue sauce and then I asked for some they just tossed a little bit of cold watery barbecue sauce on my pizza… it was so little I had to ask for extra sauce and I seemed to annoy the employee by doing that. Pizza crust, cheese, 10 tiny pieces of chicken, and of course the drizzle of generic barbecue sauce. I left still hungry and unsatisfied after a long day of shopping this was such a disappointment because I was starving and waited 30 minutes for this pizza after initially ordering it!!!!
