The team that served myself and the other customers around me were courteous and customer centric. They were all kind and respectful. The pizza was delicious. They may not have been lightening fast, but the wait time wasn’t even close to excessive…which was what I was expecting just before noon! If I come back through here, I’ll definitely order again. Wish I could have tipped the team for a superb job!

Pizzas are pretty good, when you can actually order one. Waited in line for 10 minutes today. The only employee I saw was sitting in the dining area chatting away on FaceTime. There was nobody helping customers. Hopefully management turns over or a new restaurant moves in soon.

I was there for 10 minutes, a girl was cleaning totally ignoring me, when I said “Hi” to make her notice I was waiting, she stared at me and turn her back and walk away.. I went to another place and no pizza! Customer service would be helpful!

During my recent visit to Blaze Pizza, two employees surprisingly quit on the spot. The first one declared he was leaving as we were placing our order, and he just walked away saying – I am done. Moments later, the second employee – mid conversation – inspired by the first also walked away. The poor lady remaining did her best to keep everybody happy, however the pizza was cold and wrong..

I’ve been to many Blaze pizzas. This one is horrendous which is a shame because normally they’re good. On the off chance you’re reading restaurant reviews in the airport, I recommend you keep walking. This one is abysmal. My wife had to tell the girl working what went in a Caesar salad lol

July second at 6pm. Was told they aren’t taking orders for pizzas until 6:30pm. Then, the kicker, with full topping options, they will only let you get a pepperoni or cheese pizza. Not even a salad! Oh, forget about gluten-free as well. Staff was yelling to each other that they “ain’t staying open until 8… we close at 7:15 today.” I am not sure how this place is still open with how many people went to Subway after the ridiculous amount of we could care less about the customer service.

Horrible experience at this Blaze. The staff was rude and preoccupied with their phones. The cheese was awful like it was spoiled. The crust was burnt. I haveeatwn at many Blza Pizzas but I would never eat here again.

Horrible service, even for an airport! Four people could not services a handful of customers, taking 10 minutes to even get a pizza started with one person ahead of me. Ran out of dough one customer after me and out of most toppings with more than two hours to stay open. Pizza finally in the oven and had it given away because they missed up another order. Offered a choice of pizzas made for no one. Person in charge had time to give away my pizza but not time for my refund.
