I keep giving blaze a try since they pizza is good, but dang the management or something is so lackluster. At least great the customer. Don’t just stay quiet… they definitely prioritize carry out orders. It’s been an ongoing theme for a year at this point at this location. Marcos has been the way to go, great food at a better price.

I’ve only been to the Conway location and this location. The Conway location is way better. The staff here was either training, or didn’t know how to do their job. Manager was annoyingly pushy.

We (my family of 4) came in are 5:30pm on a Thursday with only one family in the restaurant and one customer ahead of us. It was 10-12 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Two of the staff were friendly at a basic level and the two staff on the assembly line were assembling pizzas at a snails pace, precisely placing each topping in a place on the pizza. There was no sense of urgency or trying to get orders through the line with any kind of motivation. There was a lot of slow motion movement. We have been here now for over 15min with no one else in the restaurant and no pizzas have been assembled.

I love Blaze Pizza. Always consistent and always great food. The staff is super friendly and nice. If you haven’t tried Blaze it’s a must try. They make their pizza dough fresh every day and use high end quality ingredients. Cooking the pizzas in a stone oven is also why they taste soooo good.

Great location with an amazing outside patio with plenty of seating (maybe not in the hotter summer months)! The staff were very helpful and especially with our gluten free needs. They were respectful and kind, service was fast and we ordered quite a bit of food. I’d highly recommend this location for any made to order pizzas (still need to try the desserts)

We love this place! Pizza’s are almost always a 10/10. Service is usually good, although there’s been a few times when it was below par and employees seemed disgruntled to be working there. Sometimes it gets busy/crowded and the wait can get long especially if they are backed up with online orders. Otherwise, we’d absolutely recommend coming here on the regular!
