We haven’t been here in over a year, we weren’t acknowledged or greeted upon entry. When the guy came up he was certainly lacking enthusiasm. The gal in the back acted as if she truly didn’t want to be there. He was light handed on ingredients, we had to request more on a couple items. He did thank us for the tip! Pizza was good, but the place was empty, sneeze guard was quite dusty and smudgey. Beverage selection is much less l, salad selection is much less and not well displayed and there was no music. It just didn’t feel welcoming. Only 3 people came in during our time( prime lunch time). Wondering if the business will survive with mediocre service?!

Got the red vine pizza with mushrooms and mozzarella also a s’mores cookie with some cheesy bread split between my fiancé and I and there’s no complaints! Also my fiancés pepperoni pizza looked amazing and I love the lids they have for the drinks only con for me is, it’s a bit pricey but definitely good pizza.

Pizza has gotten stupidly expensive so Blaze has become a great value. 12 inch pie with as many items as you want for a little over $10.00 and the toppings are delicious.

I love the concept of the place! Build your own pizza…like subway. I can get on board with it!! I love that you can put as many toppings as you want on it!! Garlic pesto knots were good, but probably wouldn’t buy them again due to being a cheapskate lol. Blood Orange Lemonade was fantastic! The lighting at the booths could have been a little better. It’s a very trendy environment, which isn’t my thing, but we enjoyed the food. The staff was a little scatterbrained except for the guy that made our pizza.

Usually have good food and good service at this Blaze but today waited like 12 minutes for them to take my order while they talk to their friend or off duty employee ( not sure which) then they let him go back behind the counter and make his own pizza without washing his hands and the sneeze guard screen in front of the toppings looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months

So I hadn’t been to Blaze pizza until we moved into a new part of town where our nearest location was less than a mile away. Now we are pretty much regulars! The pizza is just so good, roasted garlic cloves, right on top, not minced to hide in the sauce or anything like that. So freaking good!

I like my pizza with pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, smoked ham, pineapple, jalapeños, red onions, and cherry tomatoes Made perfect everytime. Great service each time, too.

I just got food from this location less than an hour ago. The pizza tasted okay but It was sloppy and looked unappetizing. One slice only had one pepperoni and we added bacon to our pizza but It hardly had any on It. Overall I wasn’t happy with the quality of the pizza. Please look at the photos I have posted with the review, this Is exactly how the pizza was when I first opened the boxes.

I have tried all of the build your own pizza places and this one definitely needs some work. They had fresh ingredients, they had really good sauces, wonderful cheese and I do believe that they use wood to bake their pizzas. However there was a couple little things I didn’t like that you should really know about. They don’t use cornmeal and because they don’t use cornmeal the bottom of their dough burns a lot quicker, which I wasn’t too particularly a fan of. Their dough is a little bit on the line side which means it really didn’t have too much time to rise which some people like it, some people don’t. Unfortunately for them my pizza had a defect and that defect was actually a piece of wood in it. That’s how I know that they actually use wood to bake their pizzas. It was not edible and could have been problematic if I didn’t see it first. Overall I really liked my visit, the place was clean, the service was really nice and the pizza was generally pretty good you know just a little bit of fine tuning with the cornmeal and the not putting wood in your pizza and I think it would be a great place to eat.
