Pizza is good, I usually order online for pick up but was shocked to see the restaurant like this, scanner doesn’t work a lot of times as well as the app & unable to redeem/earn points, counter drink was empty, lemonade fountain empty-low, veggies out of place, lots of trash, gloves in prep area, overfilled trash cans, tables dirty, took about 10/15 mins for rep to take my order in-store looked like they were unhappy asking where the other workers were only 2 at the front (dough maker & one doing online orders plus the baking guy blazing pizzas) the other 2 came in 15mins later cashier & the one who started filling up the sodas at her own pace, they were out of high rise dough. Ordered a drink and cashier gave me M size without asking me.

New location, stopped in for a quick bite before heading to Xmas shopping. Got love the buffet style setup for the toppings. Staff was attentive and made suggestions for toppings. Clean and well organized.

My first time here and the manager Ray was beyond nice. The food was delicious and I love how the pizza is thin crust and not too doughy. I got the Veg Out pizza and added some olives and it was delicious. It came out juicy and not burnt – just right. I also ordered the cheese bread and pesto cheese bread as well. I liked the pesto it was more flavorful but that’s just me. Restaurant looked clean and very spacious.

I ordered online and when I got home I noticed they forgot to put CHEESE and mushrooms on the pizza. I asked for ranch on the side and they forgot it as well. I called to complain and the young lady didn’t know what to say and asked for me to come back so they can make it right. It’s best to order in person and make sure they read your order correctly. Young kids running the place.

Unprofessional and horrible service! I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. First it takes way too long. Next find out one pizza is burnt and the second they give out to someone else. On tip of that they have 0 forks so I don’t get to eat my salad. I ask for a refund instead of standing in line again for them to remake the pizzas. Some girl pretends to hit some buttons on the register and says I’ll have it in a couple days or I can call a manager. The girl who did this is a manager and I never got a refund receipt. Obviously she lied and I never got the money back. This same manager is seen wearing long fake nails that she can’t wear gloves and then when confronted she says I don’t touch the food. Will absolutely never eat there again.

Food is Fantastic! A must go! This artisan pizza is delicious and cooked to perfection! The selection of toppings are wonderful. You can get an 8 (6 for standard), slice pizza for $10.25, all toppings included. They also have a 2-topping option for $8.75. Both are worth it! 100%! The staff are extremely friendly and the store is always clean, even the soda machine! I am not a huge “artisan” fan. Absolutely worth the money!!

I have eaten here twice, almost a year apart. The first time was disappointing. I figured after all this time, I would give it another chance. It’s just disgusting. The gluten-free crust is like eating a stale cracker. It’s tough and tasteless. The roasted garlic is roasted to the point of tasting bitter. The balsamic glaze is so sweet and overbearing it completely overpowers most of the other flavors in the pizza. I ordered artichokes, and they were literally one tiny leaf each. I can barely see the cheese on the cheesy bread. I won’t try again.
