Absolutely the worse service. I’ve been coming here since they opened. What a difference a few years makes. My daughter has siliac disease and can not have gluten. Saturday night and no gluten free crust. Got talked into a cauliflower crust okay no biggie. Then the cross contamination! Whoever runs this place should be ashamed. Won’t ever go back. The rude kids working here, I’d be very disappointed if this were my establishment.

It’s a pretty sweet deal for the build it yourself pizza! You can add an unlimited amount of toppings! Definitely take advantage of that. Also, it cooks pretty fast! They have toppings at your disposal like your standard pepper and parmesan but also they have sriracha, Tabasco, and maybe more but I forgot. Also, if it’s summer. .. they have AC so…. its definitely great to eat there.

Ordered pizzas online. They couldn’t find the order until 30 minutes later (when I asked to cancel the order, it miraculously showed up) . Waited and tried to buy a salad to eat while waiting. It took so long to ring that up the pizzas were ready by then. Looked like plenty of people working, but they don’t seem to have their act together. It’s a shame because the pizzas are good. You just have to put up with the disfunction.

I ordered 7 toppings but this is what I got. It’s totally wrong. I called to the store and Edwin who introduced himself assistant manager said he will give me a new one. I called 30 min after to follow up he said we don’t deliver. I said why you didn’t tell me that before? He said yea mam we don’t deliver! How should i now that when i ordered my food online? You are the brand and customers should be important for you. I asked for refund he said i can’t do that either. So, how can you help customer when you can’t do anything to give the right service? You guys just need to check the orders before you send them out that’s easy. Also train your managers to fix the problems in a right way.
