I went there with my family and was immediately greeted by the nicest employees I’ve met in a while. The tables were nice and clean. The pizza was cooked good and the toppings were even better. Would definitely come back 10/10!

I must say, my experience at Blaze Pizza in Irvine was nothing short of a customer service nightmare. The mismanagement and utter disregard for the customers waiting in line were appalling. I naively thought that standing in line would mean a reasonable wait time, but I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Very bad experience I was overcharged and the staff team member indicated that there was nothing he can do for the return of the overcharge and that I needed to wait for the Manager who was going to be onsite in 20 min, waited for the 20 min and no one showed up. So I decided to head out. A second staff team member was more courteous but still was not able to support. Once at home,I notice that the pizza was extremely overcooked and burnt on the exterior and the base making it very difficult to eat, went directly to the trash can. Will not be eating here again.

We love Blaze Pizza and needed to find one with outdoor seating because we like taking our dog with us. We usually go to the Blaze in Laguna Niguel, but it doesn’t have outdoor seating. The Irvine Blaze was GREAT. It was the best Blaze Pizza we’ve ever had. The crust was fresh, soft and tasted great. I asked for extra chicken on one pizza and boy did I get extra chicken. It was the best. Irvine is a little far for us, but we will be going back. We can’t pass up a good pizza.

SERVICE BECAME VINDICTIVE, after realizing I didn’t tip, ofcourse due to no friendliness and no extra ask from him, in a self service place. Once the pizza was out they put it in a aluminum plate for me to eat here, after which the woman took a stack of boxes out in an attempt to fall on the floor on purpose, and then another guy preparing pizzas kicks the pizza box with his dirty shoe, and she on purpose to ‘stick it in my face for not tipping’ pulls that kicked box and puts my pizza ( I was dining in and she has already put it in an aluminum plate) in that same box without talking to me with extreme anger in actions and passive aggressiveness. For the cameras it was between 8:30pm to 10pm on June 17th. Extremely unmotivated staff. Avoid this Blaze, there are other better options if you are in this area

Like many of the reviews I’ve experienced the poor service. However, the last time I was here the restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, and pizza is great. Give it a try, and if you get bad vibes there’s other good choices in the center.

The worst organized Blaze I’ve ever been to. Gave my pizza away. I’ve seen other Blaze’s use metal numbering to help stay organized. I saw them mess up multiple orders while waiting. Avoid.

Extremly rude and incompetent manager and staff, we arrived to the establishment to make a take out order and even though there was multiple employees the manager said that they were only taking orders online, we had to wait 20 minutes waiting for our online order to be prepared since they didn’t wanted to take our order in person. When she gave us our pizza we noticed that three ingredients of our pizza were missing and when we asked what happened she just said in a very rude and condescending way: if they are not there that means we are out of them! Please save your money and trouble and go somewhere else if you don’t want to be mistreated for no reason and experience awful customer service. After that we got back home and we were so hungry that we had to eat what they give us but the pizza on top of the missing ingredients, was undercooked, the cheese was stale and the pizza had bitter aftertaste. Will need to report this to upper management.

They were overwhelmed and their system of manually tracking and managing orders became disorganized. I scheduled a pickup online. Arrived on time half my order was ready. 20 minutes passed before they got to the rest of my order. As such, the first set of pizzas became cold from sitting at the counter.
