This Blaze Pizza is in the shopping court of the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall in Orange County, California. Love how they list all of the calories in the big menu so you can see how much the pizza will set you back! With the thin crust it’s really not bad and my pizza was only about 650 calories. I love Blaze and think their thin crust with choice of toppings are next level for the low price. This location is quick, easy and I love the rich salty taste of their pizzas with a side of marinara to dip into. Good service too and used the App to get a free desert! The mall is a bit crowded and noisy on weekends but quiet on weekdays.

My family got lunch from here today and I wanted to share our experience. The pizza was hot and very tasty. I got food across the food court and I was finished eating before they even sat down with their food because the line was so long, the food took so long to prepare, and took a while to cook the food. I’m under the impression that this would be the longest wait for any food in the food court. I am with this restaurant because the food is very customizable and reasonable for anyone trying to eat healthier while still eating pizza. My wife and kids split a pizza which was nice that we could save money and not need to buy two pizzas. Also, we got some cheese bread which is less expensive than ordering a cheese pizza. This pizza is very good for leftovers as well. Like all food these days it is fairly expensive for a single service so being able to eat it over two meals makes it more affordable. I do wish they had a wider variety of items for the pizza. We’ve been to several other build your own pizza places and this place has the least amount of options. We still choose to eat at this restaurant whenever we are looking for pizza.

This is a good Blaze pizza for a fresh pie. The line is often very long and sometimes it moves pretty slow. However every pizza I have ordered from this location comes out fresh and delicious. They really use quality ingredients for their pizza. I like getting the build your own, high rise crust, and adding chicken, pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple (I call it the go to). It’s located in a mall so atmosphere is plain and it’s not the easiest to get to.
