For how busy they get the staff worked well under pressure! Food was tasty and there wasn’t a delay. Only reason I gave them a 4/5, we ordered a Caesar salad and they don’t carry Caesar dressing. How can you offer a Caesar salad without Caesar dressing?!?

rude costumer service I been coming here for a long time and the new worker and cook were rude rude rude! the pizza was done and thay let it sit there 5min I have the video. can’t believe it. one of the workers tryed to make my pizza a small as she could this is the young one with the long hair. not to be rude that’s all I say about her appearance. this is june 5 @ 4pm I bet you that will get more complaints on this rude worker. but the pizza is always good. I’m sad the costumer service stinks!!! well I guess that customer service worker no longer is employed wonder why but I could tell you it had nothing to do with me but you keep treating the customers like that you will not be employed for long it’s just a matter of time I have been back to the store and I have gotten better service so I’m going to change the review two three stars

I love blaze, and I don’t know if it’s because I came in at 8:30pm, or the staff didn’t prep properly, but I hardly got any of the things I wanted for the build your own. They didn’t have goat cheese, salami, pineapple, and the Caesar salad lettuce looked soggy and old. I might as well have just gotten a pepperoni pizza. Secondly, I asked for half pesto and half red sauce. And the guy putting it on, maybe he was annoyed I asked for half, or was tired, but left a vertical line in the middle of about half an inch with no sauce.. I’ve gotten half and half at blaze many times and they never do that. Overall just disappointed with the topping selection and the person that was making my pizza. He didn’t greet us when we got to the line, just did stuff in the back, and then finally said hi what do you want to order. Sad experience.

Horrible customer service from the white girl with the braided pig tails. As I was placing my order for a keto crust pizza she felt the need to scoff when I asked for it because I have an autoimmune disease where sugar destroys my skin and health. I didn’t appreciate her rude cut off behavior after I caught her scoffing. God bless her coworker with the hat full of buttons for trying to explain why she scoffed and cover for her. Girl with the braids: Do better. There’s other lines of work you can try and do if food service is not for you.
