Staff was not welcoming at all. Spoke to Mgr and received the same treatment. We will not come back to this location ever. I’d recommend customer service training for the older staff members especially.

Not awesome. They no longer offer a “build your own” pizza, in that, you cannot choose the “amount” of toppings. Usually they would just give you attitude when asking for more of a given topping, but today they just said NO, and that management requires workers to limit the toppings. So, it is no longer a “build your own” but rather a “you get what we give you” pizza. A real bummer, Blaze used to be a good place to eat. Headed back to Klondikes. While 3X the price, at least they are not weak on the toppings.

Great pizza, and overall good value, but about 50% of the time I go there the service is horrible—long lines with no urgency on the part of the employees, or (in the case of today), waiting in the front of the line for 10+ minutes while they prioritize the 9-pizza phone order they got while I was was already in the store waiting—and with no acknowledgement or heads up from the employees.
