First things first the service was great. I placed an online order and i had no issues receiving my pizzas. Everything was done correctly and none of the pizzas were missing anything. A young lady named Liz was super helpful in walking me through the mobile pick up process. The willingness to help with a smile made me feel more comfortable and is worth a 5 star rating. Go to for a simple all veggie pizza; spicy red sauce, cherry tomatoes, extra black olives, broccoli if it’s available, pineapple on occasion, mushrooms, extra mushrooms roasted garlic or even minced garlic is a a wise choice extra sail extra on the spinach, and sea salt/oregano to send her off to the oven. (******Pro tip to try is spicy red sauce mixed with garlic pesto sauce!)eager to try margarita pizza style. Wait time varies but line moves fast sometimes, pizza has a standard cook time I believe about 7-10 minutes not completely sure but it’s usually a fast cook time. Not a big fan of the service as much as before. Used to love the spicy red sauce but lately it has definitely been slacking on flavors and variety. They used to have these garlic pesto knots with a side of their selection pf sauces which were an amazing pairing, too bad! Would love to come again one day but unfortunately will hold off and try something new pr perhaps a different location.

I’m a manager within the mall of this location and customer service should always be #1 even if you aren’t having a good day. The energy in the restaurant was very odd, there was two employees arguing behind the cash wrap. None of them rang us out we got the pizzas before we paid and had to remind the person making the pizzas that they didn’t charge us. There was one great guy there trying to do everything with no help and he apologized for the environment as well.

I have never had a problem here until now. There’s this new guy that works here that must not care about his job or something. Every pizza I get that’s made by him, there’s practically NO SAUCE. I even ask for him to add more and it barely makes a difference. Someone needs to watch the newbies for quality control because I just ordered some for pick up and am currently eating flavored cardboard. Guess who was working when I picked it up? Same guy.

Blaze never disappoints with their food. The dogh nuts were well cooked and the pizza was great as always. What an amazing service at this store! The staff really is the best of any pizza place I’ve been to around San Jose. They are courteous and offer help at every single chance they get.
