Ordered for curbside because I had my pup in the car with me. Upon arrival, I called the phone number posted on the window to let them know I’ve arrived. They told me my food would be out in another 10 min. I continued to wait in the car for over 20min without a single person acknowledging me. Finally, I went inside to ask about my order. They guy said “Oh yea, here it is” as he took it down from a shelf with other orders. I asked, “Is curbside not available? Cause I ordered curbside and checked in when I arrived” to which he simply said “Yea we’re just busy” and turned away. Rude! He didn’t even bother to complete my order, I was missing my drink with it. I left anyway, since he turned away without a care. Of course, with all the waiting, my food was only warm, not hot when I went to eat it. Flavor is good, but the service absolutely sucks. Not a care in the world from them. Would not recommend.

If i could give 6 stars i would. The manager mati is superb. I’ve been to a lot of pizza places but the service here puts them at the top. The employees here clearly know what they’re doing and love doing it. If you want fast and good pizza come here. And dont think just because its quick its bad. They oven roast the pizza right in front of you. It’s entertaining just seeing the whole pizza process happening in front of your eyes. If you want good vibes this is the place. Its perfect for a big group of friends who just want to eat some pizza

We hadn’t been to Blaze in awhile as we prefer other local pizza places. Our last outing was disappointing, but our recent visit will likely be our last. First, it seems to be run by teenagers with no adult supervision. Second, we ordered three pizzas and two of them were made correctly, but my pizza was a bizarre disaster. I ordered a build your own, but when I got it, it was missing three of the toppings. The printed tag had two of the toppings marked out (don’t know why) and then they forgot the tomatoes. So if they give me a two-topping pizza, why was I charged for a build your own? Third, I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever had my pizza made quickly or on time. The few times I’ve ordered online I’ve never had the food ready when it should have been. This visit was no different and our pizzas were about 10 minutes later than expected. I’m honestly ok by that, but then don’t call yourself Blaze if you can’t make good on your business model. Finally, the “curbside pickup” is just a sign saying to call their phone number (maybe they answer, may be they don’t?) Not really a big deal, but so many places do it better. In the end, it’s ok pizza but a disappointing experience.

Very much appreciate the service that we were given at this blaze pizza, but I had to hop on here and sing my praises. Everybody was very very friendly which for some reason on this particular trip that I’m on has been rare. It was nice to be welcome to the bay area was such friendly service and delicious food.
