First time visit… won’t be visiting again… explain how are you supposed to eat a sandwich, freshly made, when the bun won’t stay intact long enough to eat more than 3 bites… now to the flavor, a plain chicken sandwich has good flavor of seasonings… the hot, not so much. Spicy chicken should still taste of chicken, all I got was the hot oil the chicken was dipped in. Now to the fries limp, over salted, barely cooked pieces of potato slivers… and heaven help you if your on a half hour lunch break, on a slow day order to eat is 15-20 minutes… busy days pick other options. We tried here because we didn’t want Chinese, pizza, burger, subs, or pretzels…

This was my salad. Wilted lettuce from the sandwich bar, a bit of unripe tomato slice also from the sandwich bar and a bit of chicken. I paid $11.99 for this and a lemonade. Unreal.

When is the last time you had food in a mall that was fantastic? Like, I’m not generally a fan of malls in general, but food courts are always just the haven for food that is just good enough to tolerate. Blazin’ J’s is an oasis in the desert of blandness. People complaining about wait time are the kind of people who would complain that there’s the DJs play songs that are too long while you’re getting a lap dance.

the best spicy chicken and waffles ive ever had!! they checked the temperature on the chicken to make sure it was cooked and everything, great service too. make sure to get there somewhat early because the food takes long since it’s always fresh and the lines get reaallllyy long

Hot chicken done right. You get what you pay for at Blazin’ J’s. Fresh food cooked by friendly staff. The fries are so good, especially dipped in J’s sauce. Buy a bottle to take home, you’ll never regret it. I HIGHLY recommend this place for authentic hot chicken right here in Lancaster. The shakes are amazing too!

This was my first time eating at a Blazin’ J’s. Let me tell you about the experience. I arrived close to noon on Friday 5/26. There were two guys in the back and a young woman up front. It looked like the place had just opened without prep. There were papers in the trays and absolutely no signs of activity. One of the guys came out and asked what I wanted. I replied a J’s way sandwich combo. He put a piece of chicken on to heat. I give the same order to the young woman at the counter. I get my sandwich and drink and no fries. One of the guys says “Yea, I should read the ticket” and puts fries in the fryer. He suggests I go sit in the food court and he’ll bring them out. I finish my sandwich and go in to inquire about the fries. The young woman looks surprised and get these very dark fries out of the frier, seasons them and hands them to me. They were pretty darn awful.

No hear me out, I am literally never the person to leave a bad review so I guess this would be somewhat valuable. I spent a total of $18.79 on one sandwich, fries, a drink of lemonade, One chicken tender, and a side of sauce. Absolutely outrageous. As I was ordering it probably took a total of nine minutes to get my food, and there was absolutely nobody in front of me or behind me. Every single one of the workers appeared to be high did not seem motivated to serve me and the food I got was subpar as well as my order was incorrect twice had to go back twice and the workers did not seem it all to care about the issues. Like I said all of them seem to be very visibly high and both of the dudes that were putting together the food did not seem there at all and had no interest in putting my order together the way I ordered it. The chicken was dry and was most definitely not worth $18 where I could’ve got the same amount of food at Chick-fil-A for half the price actually less. I wanted to give this place a shot because the store in Lancaster city had a kind message written on the window so I figured I’d give them a shot. Definitely will not be going back to this place what a shame.

I was just there today and ordered the signature sandwich which is a Jay’s way with a side of fries. The crew made me feel welcomed for my first time and I enjoyed my meal best chicken sandwich I had ever props to Erick and kiani for the great service
