I really like ordering from here. BFF was becoming my breakfast destination until today. The red velvet cake was pink, hard, steal and didn’t taste like chocolate to me at all! I didn’t get my orange juice or cream/sugar for the coffee. The eggs were like they were cooked earlier and then reheated when I asked for cheese. I’m not sure what crew was working this morning, but they were not the usual crew. Because my breakfast is always ON POINT!

Got the burger combo and wing combo. My daughter loved the wings. Fried just how she likes it. I even tried a bite nice n crispy n meat still juicy. The burger was great. Loved the fries as well. Usually not big on seasoned fries. The customer service was friendly.

I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. The lady at the register took my order of the sausage bowl. I decided to stay here and eat. While I was waiting, another lady brought me my food. She asked me if I needed a drink. I bought a drink and enjoyed my meal. Thanks for the good service.

Yeah I’m good. Ordered thru UberEATS to pickup. First they have tea on their menu on UberEATS and inside they said they don’t know how I was able to order that because they don’t sell it HUH???? then inside picking up two ppl got dealt with after I walked in first. Then this is the food I received. They forgot my orange juice. Went back for it. No apologies nothing. I’m good. Hate to say it but it’s prolly because it’s black folks. Thanks tho.

I used the love coming to this place because they were very affordable and the food was good. I have been coming here for years. It used to be L&J Shack. Now, they have kids at the register that are not fit to deliver good customer service, their prices have doubled but they still show the old prices on the tv menus and online, the food is the exact same portion size, and the service is slow. You might as well cook yourself or go to McDonald’s across the parking lot. Use the McDonald’s app and get more food for the same amount of money. I don’t think they are going to make it long. I hate that too because it’s a black owned business. But you don’t do that to long time customers. Even a sign in the window that said something about inflation and sorry for the price changes, but we have to stay afloat, would make me feel better as a customer. But the attitude I got from the young ladies at the counter was just, “ Too bad. You buying it or what.” I guess I’ll have to find another spot. Maybe Ivories or chef pat. They are both near by.
