So glad this is by my house. We come here at least once a week. The food is incredible and the service is super friendly. Wish the shrimp option had more shrimp but overall it’s a great experience every time.

I can honestly say this was one of the best meals, I have ever eaten, the portions were large, I had the shrimp with hummus , It was simply amazing ! The people were amazing friendly, even opening the food truck after they had locked everything up to get me a water bottle! On behalf of all my taste buds thank you ! Yum !

First time trying out the food offerings of Blessie’s Indian Fusion. Ordered the naan wrap with shrimp, veggies with crunch mix, medium chutney and a mango lassi. Was blown away by the flavors and spices that is quintessentially Indian cuisine. (Yeah, I take food seriously) Can’t wait to try out the rest of their menu items.

A wonderful Indian fusion food truck ran by the most incredible couple! I tried the chicken bowl with all the toppings (plus the hummus, you can’t forget the hummus), and it was delicious. The mango lassi is the perfect drink to calm any heat that comes from the food. And I’m a big naan gal, and Blessie’s homemade naan was so so good!! Definitely stop here for dinner!
