ALL I wanted was to get my food IN A TIMELY MANNER and go back to my hotel room‼️ I was the only person making an order. The lady there seemed to not want to make my Parmesan meatball sandwich. Kept saying they were cold and to give her 10 minutes…well it ended up taking longer than that before she even started on my food. During the process she seemed to take her slow, sweet time and dropping the meatballs during the process…having to get new ones to heat. If I wasn’t so hungry after my flight then I would have just walked out…professionalism was quite poor even though she was nice to me‼️ ‍♀️ After she FINALLY finished making my food she did admit to me she hated making that particular sandwich because it’s hard for her to make. Might want to find a different place to get my food the next time…better yet I’m certain that I will do just that‼️‼️

Lady working there was very nice but that is the only positive. One sandwich took 30 minutes to get, I was the only customer. Very cheap ingredients, I do not recommend.
