Blind fox is run by a great team with creative and DELICIOUS ideas. The kimchi mac and cheese, Korean meatball bao, and spicy drunken noodles are excellent. And the curry chicken salad is truly delicious. AND being parked behind Denton county brewing company only adds to the experience. Definitely don’t sleep on this.

If you haven’t tried this you don’t know what you’re missing! First time here and it was amazing!! We had the KOREAN BBQ MEATBALL BAO BUN….wow! They were sooo good! Also had the kimchi Mac and cheese, yall this is absolutely the cheesiest most amazing Mac and cheese you can get! So so good! And we also had the wings, they were also really good, with a mildly sweet, mildly spicy sauce. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Krysten at the Blind Fox catered our wedding reception. At every step of the way she was a joy to talk to, and took care to make our experience special. Our guests were in love with every single item in the menu. In fact, most people had every item in the menu and went out of their way to tell us how much they loved it.

The food is fantastic and the staff is even better. I was hanging out at Armadillo Ale works (which is also awesome) and asked chef Keith if he would mind if I ordered some food and fed it to my elderly dog. Not only was he gracious about me feeding his food to my dog, he insisted on preparing a dish for my dog that wouldn’t upset his stomach.

The Blind Fox is now at the Horse’s Axe off of Elm, and they are the best! The food was to die for and super affordable. I also can’t forget to mention how awesome the owners were when I talked to them, super cool people. Everyone should go try out the newest food truck in Denton and the best part is that you get to throw axes while eating their food…WHAT!!!
