Went here for a date night and it didn’t disappoint. My sushi was very good and reasonably priced. Due to going to happy hour it was buy 2 get $4 off. Highly recommend the loaded fries they were so good, different from other places we would get that again! My husband ordered the Cuban quesodilla and said it was very good!

I would have given it a solid 4 but my wife did not like her food as much as I liked mine. The appetizer was excellent that was one thing we both agreed on. The drinks were good as well. Great overall experience. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for something new.

More like 2 1/2 stars…. The food is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is super cool. 5 stars for the sushi!!. however, the service is terrible. These waitresses do not know what they’re doing and don’t even know how to greet someone at the door. I had to grab my own menus. They need way more training and customer service. I even understand if a place is busy and the servers are having a hard time catching up but you should still always greet or say something to the customer not leave them high and dry. Every time I’ve been there it took 10 to 15 minutes just to get water to my table. Again, the food is worth it but they need a stronger staff.

We visited Blind Owl three times in one week. Visit one we were hoping for sushi, but found out that the chef wasn’t in until later that day. We still had some delicious Mexican food! Visit two we ordered some amazing drinks and then New Baltimore lost power . Trip three we had more fantastic drinks followed by some authentic Cacio e Pepe made table side in a cheese wheel imported from Itlaly, finally had sushi that was delectable. My one and only small complaint is that two of the three times we had somewhat slow service, nothing crazy. They were busy so it’s understandable. All in all I am excited to continue to come to Blind Owl!!!

The Blind Owl is a culinary gem that knows how to impress. Their burger is a work of art, the French fries are addictive, and the carrot cake is pure indulgence. It’s a place where flavors and textures come together harmoniously, leaving you with a lasting impression. Whether you’re a burger enthusiast, a fan of crispy fries, or a carrot cake lover, The Blind Owl is a must-visit destination that will satisfy your cravings and exceed your expectations. We will be back!

We stopped for lunch while visiting the market. The dining area is roomy and there is bar seating as well. The sushi portion of this restaurant is closed on Sunday if that’s what you’re looking for. We tried several items in the menu and it’s kind of set up as ala carte or a meal with choices from the taco list. The tacos are pricey, 6.00 each for a street style taco. A lunch or dinner plate comes with rice and beans and that adds up to either 14 or 20 depending on the number of tacos you get (2 or 3). Sauces are extra charge too. My friend liked her avocado and fish tacos. I got two different beef and they were just ok. We also got chicken tortilla soup, that was ok. The house salad was pretty good. The Bloody Mary was excellent. We got a spicy chicken sandwich to go and the sandwich was pretty good. The fries were huge swirly, season cut and got mushy in the container. The waitress offered good service but not much about the menu. The tiramisu was pretty good too. Lunch for two with 1 drink and a dessert was 75.00. Pretty steep. The bar menu is worth a visit. The tacos not so much, maybe the sushi is better.

Just tried the new Ribeye. The owner suggested we have it sliced after cooking it a medium rare – then the chef dressed it with their hand chopped chimichurri with lots of fresh garlic, fresh thyme & parsley, olive oil dressing over the top. We both loved it!

It’s a neat place. They offer sushi and Latin American food. The Pineapple Margarita was fantastic. I also enjoyed the chicken street tacos with pineapple habanero sauce. The restaurant/bar has a theme decor of the day of the dead. Reminded me of Encanto, the movie. The best part was the Espresso Martini for dessert. LOVED! We will be back.

My daughter and I stopped in for lunch after she informed me that this is her favorite restaurant. I am so glad we did! Excellent Sushi for me and the bowl she ordered was HUGE! Shauna ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) is a fun waitress who really cares for you and to make sure you have a really nice dining experience. Beautiful bar and decent music! I will be bring my husband on a date night soon!
