Great experience trying Blu DTR for the first time. No reservation on a Saturday night and were able to get a table inside in 20 minutes. Sushi rolls were excellent and the Japanese nachos are enjoyably interesting. Converted garage space is neat on the inside.

The food is amazing – the service was awesome – and love the location. I had the Darwin roll and it perfect. The Sakitini was new to me but very tasty. There is limited seating and I’d recommend a reservation on the weekend.

Great sushi in rogers. Extremely fresh and properly prepared. It’s a small spot, but very cool inside/outside- it’s a converted firehouse. Nice for outdoor dining or small plate sharing- this is the best sushi.

Absolutely fantastic. Blue DTR is small, but feels very personal, and the everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. You canist by the counter where evllthe sushi is prepared. TIP: for a group of two sit by the counter.

Delicious sushi! The garlic shishito peppers were plentiful and full of flavor. The shrimp in the blu maui roll was a delicious, probably my new favorite roll! The unagi roll was a also delicious, a nice, sweet change up from the other two items we had. I will say, we wouldn’t sit where we sat again. We were at the end of the sushi bar, next to the kitchen and it was very busy and loud. Make reservations a day in advance and try out the other seating!

Always an amazing meal here! We have been 3 times in the last 5 weeks! Ask about the secret menu! The Awesome roll is worth the money!! Lobster + Waygu steak = AWESOME! Go early they fill up fast!
