I would consider myself a pizza connoisseur, less all the knowledge about how it’s made! However I have sampled pizza from all over Philadelphia and surrounding areas for 30 years now so I have plenty of experience. Hands down one of the best slices I have had in a long time. Plenty of sauce with excellent flavor, perfect NY style, and fresh toppings to boot. Really solid. Caring Family business and great customer service. Atmosphere is it’s a classic pizza joint.

My wife and I really enjoy the pizza here, we’ve gotten delivery several times and the pizzas always come fresh and hot. We just tried the wings for the first time and those were pretty good as well. Being from the Midwest originally I’d never had a pizza like the grandma or grandpa pies they have here and I’d say their best of both worlds is a new favorite. Definitely something to try if you’ve never had that style of pizza before and even their regular pizzas are very delicious. I also love supporting local businesses, so it’s just wins all around.

Ordered delivery, was told 45 minutes for delivery, they didn’t show up till 30 minutes after. Pizza was very cold, called to report my issue and they wouldn’t fix the problem. Horrible food and service. Won’t ever order from this place again when there’s dozens of better places around.

This might be our new favorite local pizza spot. We kept driving by it and so finally decided to give it a try one night a few weeks back. Since reviews and photos were limited, it took us a while to finally take a leap of faith and order from here. So glad we did. Pizza, fries, garlic knots—everything was incredibly well made and tasty. Nothing bland, and there’s definitely a light signature touch to each of the flavors—subtle, not something that hits you over the head, which we both appreciated about it. The garlic knots tasted even better than they looked. I tend to think a pizza joint’s garlic knots can say a lot about its overall well roundedness; a lot of places get the flavor right but more often than not put out overcooked knots or ones that have been sitting out too long. I think they’re hard to do right. The ones we ordered here, however, were soft and doughy, just how I like them; I thought they could stand for slightly more garlic sauce and maybe more butter in that recipe, but it’s been a while so I’d have to try them again to say for sure. Still, overall, I was really impressed with them—they were tasty! I suspect the dough or recipe is high quality.

quality and taste is horrible. got a cheesesteak and got sick after eating it. when i was eating it, it tasted a bit burned but i was hungry so just ate, worst ch stk ever, corner stores in philly are better. avoid this place, go to palermo’s
