Lady was very rude behind the counter when we asked a simple question of what was the most popular drink and received tremendous attitude from her. Coffee was super bitter, probably the worst I’ve ever had with an even worse aftertaste. I don’t know how this place has such high reviews. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.

I had an awful experience here just because of the barista who helped us. We walked in and waited almost a minute for her to come out to the counter. It was our first time there so I asked what she recommends and she didn’t suggest anything just snapped at us saying that it was our choice and up to what we liked. She was quiet and rude the whole time she made it. To top it off the mocha we got didn’t taste like coffee and all and more like a weird burnt chocolate flavored ice cream.

I went here for the first time. When I didn’t order right away, I got a weird vibe from the barista, like she was ready to kick me out if I didn’t order. Otherwise, the service was good, and I received my order within about 5 minutes of placing it.

This place is my go-to coffee shop for that extra jolt of espresso shots run through my veins in the morning when I go for a ride on my bike (close to home) in leisure times. It has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It does not seem busy considering the fact that it is in the middle of a recently developed residential community—at least whenever I visit—which adds to how cozy and relaxed it feels as you walk in the shop.

Unfortunately I have to agree with many low rate reviews as today experience was the worse experience I had in customer service area for a long long time. My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a cup of coffee and seasonal pastry today. We came to the café Blu Castle for the first time to explore the options. The lady at the counter was super rude and it seemed that she had some kind of a bad day. I tried to reach to her with a smile and a joke, she just snapped back. Very mean and ignorant. I usually don’t give bad reviews and would leave this issue alone, however my friend was visiting me from another country and I wanted to show her the best of Battle Ground Village (as I had only great experiences with other businesses there: the restaurants and library are amazing). So my attempt turned out to be a disaster. I would not recommend to anyone to come there, and especially if you have a good day, save your time save your money.
