Great local dining experience. Not sure why the golf course waited so long to open a restaurant! Golfing, drinks and food is, and always will be a super time! Everything from food to service was excellent. Glad we have finally tried this local spot! Highly recommended if you live near Hempfield or have to travel a little. It will be worth it!

Very nice restaurant! The prices aren’t horrible and the view is lovely. It took me a long time to finally come but I enjoyed it when I did. I spoke to the manager some months ago about a possible hosting gig for an event and though we didn’t go that direction, he was very friendly and accommodating! Would recommend, the food is very good & staff is nice.

We came to Blue Collar after a day at the Renaissance Faire. Matt, our server, was a total delight and we had a great time chatting with him. He gave awesome recommendations and was sincerely just a joy. That’s before we even get to the food! We were basically singing over it. There are vegan and vegetarian options that all looked amazing, and some GF options on the menu too!

It was great! Nice atmosphere… Clean and friendly staff. I had a smash burger with fries and it was excellent. Mat was our server and was very friendly and did a great job! Tried again and they did not disappoint! Today I had a Philly Roll and fries…was very tasty! We went again today and everything was delicious. We had nachos which were not what we expected but ended up eating them all, they were fabulous! Gotta try them!

First time here and the food was awesome. My wife had the chicken Marsala over risotto and I got the vegetable risotto with salmon instead of chicken with a balsamic glaze. The flavors were amazing. Our server Matt did a great job and made some great suggestions. This will be one of our go to places. Make sure your check it out.

We have been coming to blue collar for a little over a year but we absolutely love it. Then a few weeks ago my husband and I came in for dinner on our date night and we had the best waiter we have ever had. Matt is the absolute sweetest most amazing waiter ever. He was so attentive, wonderful, and fun. He is the reason my husband and I will be coming back for our Friday date nights. We definitely think Matt needs to get a big ol raise to match his sky high performance and personality.

We had dinner here for the first time with friends on a Saturday night and made reservations ahead of time. The atmosphere was very clean and nice. Our server did a great job. Nice food selection, something for everyone and fresh, quality dishes. I would recommend.
