This local bar has changed for the better as far as friendliness, food, and drink selection goes! Craft beers on tap, fresh fries, and smiles. Could use some cosmetic work on the interior, but the other improvements have gone a long way!!

Had the shrimp special with coleslaw and fries. Love the creamy coleslaw! Shrimp are beer battered, not the heavy crumb coated, which allow you to actually taste the shrimp! I ordered the flat fries, just because they are fun and different from the norm.

I admit that sports bars aren’t usually my scene. But good food. Brisket, fried onion and hot mustard sandwich with baked beans on the side . Superb local IPA on tap. Food and beer much better than the simple, kinda divey yet clean and unpretentious atmosphere would lead you to believe! Next time I’m in Manchester I’ll stop here again.
