The customer service here is so bad!!! They charge for a cup and water. I paid for the bottle water and was refused a cup for ice unless I wanted to pay more. No kind of elevated language or anything when it comes to greeting guest!! People pay for the experience and this is not it!! Just by having this sign up shows the level of customer service this place has. The lady upfront was playing with her hair digging in her eyes for crust and had the look of sheer unhappiness. It is so disappointing to try a place for the first time and get total disappointment.

When I first started going there I would eat there several nights a week bc I work nights and the food was good. Fast forward to the last couple of times that I ordered the food wasn’t so good!! Last night I ordered 6 piece wings, okra and small gizzards. Gizzards we’re raw and the okra seemed like it hadn’t been cooked either! Couldn’t eat it!

The shrimp are cooked awesomely and very tasty. I was not a fan of the fries, nor okra. But, I will probably go back and try it again. Hopefully, I won’t have to wait as long either. Maybe it’s not “fast food”.

I ordered a two piece fish with fries and extra fries with no lemon pepper due to my daughter being allergic and when I came home all of my food had lemon pepper all over it and I called them to inform them and they told me they already knew and they couldn’t do anything about it either bring it back all the way from Jacksonville, Arkansas to North Little Rock to them so they can remake it or there was no other option They wouldn’t offer a credit or for us come back another day and get it made the right way it was either come back tonight or don’t get it. The African-American young lady that answered the phone is very rude and the young man at the counter is very rude. Also no one follows any instructions at all this is not the first occasion

Very disrespectful and rude customer service! They are thieves and stealing from the community! They NEVER get your order right (intentionally)! The cooks are sometimes visually intoxicated! The owner is incompetent!He undermined me as a customer and human! This was all over an order of fries that his employees didn’t put in my order! He refused to give me fries I paid for, cake I paid for and keep bringing up the fried mushrooms they didn’t give me in an order before as if he was bothered he had to give me my food I paid for! It is my opinion that the owner should take time and check himself on ethics! If you really don’t like the food industry or the community just leave it to the people who really care!
