Visiting Salem for a few days. Looking to try something new. We’ve never had Moroccan food. Did not disappoint. Food is fresh and flavorful. For starters, we had stuffed grape leaves – best I’ve ever had. We had the seafood paella (special) and couscous fazi for entrees. Drinks were delicious too. Pistachio cake for dessert-scrumptious. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious food. I had a blast chatting with the bartender, Danielle, and got to meet the owner. It was a wonderful experience and I will have to come back. Fresh crab cakes in a light breading and the curry chicken melts in your mouth. Definitely glad i stopped in on my trip to salem.

Just had one of the best meals and had to share. I went to Blue Fez in Salem right after it opened and it was really good. Haven’t been there for a few years so decided to check it out again. My husband and I went to check it out tonight and have to say it was so good. Our server Danielle was awesome. She’s very knowledgeable and super friendly and was one of those people that makes you feel like family.

I skimmed through some of comments and saw magnificent reviews (with some peppered negative reviews from some Karens) hands down the best meal and service we have had all throughout our trip in Salem. All of Salem has been amazing from the time we came here. However, this place caught our eyes and we haven’t been happier. The service was great, the food was phenomenal and the wine list is paired perfectly for this menu.

Delicious! I was looking for great Moroccan food and so happy to have found it here. The eggplant meatballs were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The lentil rfissa was spicy and the msemen picked up all of the delicious sauce. I will definitely be back there.

A convival host can be found in the bartender Danielle. The drink menu is creative and each one made with care. A rarity in Salem, a place where you can hear your friends talk.

Blue Fez makes you feel like you found a piece of Morocco in the Witch city. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, both with their unique, authentic decor and beautiful music. The food is delicious, well portioned, and they can boast a great bar with good wine selections. Highly recommended.
