This is only a take out place. There are two tables and four chairs, plus patio furniture outside that you could probably eat at if necessary. Blue Ginger does not limit itself to a certain type of Asian food, but they have a little bit from many Asian cultures. I tried the Pad Thai, Gyoza, and a slice of chess pie. Everything was delicious and had a slight twist / difference that made it stand out from the other Asian places in town and definitely worth a try. The service was prompt & friendly. My Pad Thai was packed in the container pretty full. The Gyoza order was less than I expected, the pie slice was what I’d consider average.

Each time we order from Blue Ginger the food is delicious! I especially love the Pineapple Fried Rice (don’t let the name fool you, there is much more in this dish than just pineapple!). The online order process is easy and always ready on time. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I travel for work so most towns i visit I find the local Thai food restaurant. I ordered the pad Thai .. 1 chicken .. 1 vegetable. I got back to my room to discover it’s one big bowl of chopped up mess.. I couldn’t even tell there were Thai noodles in it. Very disappointed. You’ll need a spoon for this pad Thai… it’s diced up beyond recognition. If you’re looking forward to Thai noodles . Go somewhere else.

I love love love this place. Moved to Paducah from a big city where I could get Thai food all hours of the day and night, and frankly, this place has eased the transition. Food is great, customer service is great, and can’t beat their prices. Thank you for existing and for being delicious, Blue Ginger.

Can’t rave enough about the food and their variations with unique twists. Their food just has extra flair. The chef will make anything to your liking. They even have vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for sauces. It’s hidden away in a small shopping center behind Chik-fila and doesn’t get the attention it truly deserves

I ordered the Mongolian beef and for a dish that’s 15 dollars I expect my container to at least be half full it wasn’t. With the old owners they would literally fill it to the lid. Not very pleased. At least it tasted good.
