We went for restaurant week and it did not disappoint! They had a special that allowed each of us to try an appetizer and an entree at an affordable price. The homemade candy bar was delicious, I highly recommend trying it if you like something sweet! We left full & happy!

I came here with a buddy for lunch. The place was surprisingly uncrowded. Peaceful atmosphere. Our server Sarah was kind and good care to tell us about other options during happy hour. The food was great less 1 Stat for the french onion soup ot took longer than all the other food and was awful when it arrived. The good points was my octopus was cooked to perfection and well paired with chick peas…what an unlikely but refreshing combination. My buddy said the salmon was also well prepared.

The risotto lacked flavor and was over cooked, the cauliflower tempura was mushy and blood orange cocktail tasted like medicine. The chopped salad was the only redeeming thing we tasted unfortunately.

This place was amazing. I celebrated my birthday here and my guests all said their food was so so good. We had salmon, burger, duck, and the kids had things off the kids menus and everyone loved it. The servers were very kind, substitutes in meals were not an issue.

Not what I remembered, I use to frequent Blue Hill Tavern all of the time prior to Covid but this was my first time back since Covid.

This a beautiful restaurant. I paid a visit to this place with a group of friends. The food and presentation was great, but, the service was not so much. Our host was nice and seated us promptly. However, I must say that our server kinda gave us mix feelings about the restaurant. Our server was not very friendly and little short with some of us. Sensing this, we tried our best to be nice to our server just in case something horrible happened prior to our arrival. I know this was not necessary but we really wanted to enjoy our experience at restaurant. Apart from this mishap, the food was very delightful and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were tidy. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly.

Upscale American dining in a refurbished Baltimore row home. The food is excellent, the drinks are good and the service is superb. We have celebrated Mother’s Day here many times as well as birthdays and other random celebrations. Never had a bad meal or a subpar experience.

This is probably my wife’s favorite restaurant! They always have something delightful on the menu. She usually gets the surf & turf. I might do the same or the rack of lamb. Both are always tasty and satisfying!

Food was subpar. Server is amazing. Small portions considering pricing. Mac and cheese lacking. Dessert was absolutely bland. Nice atmosphere, It gives dinner party vibes. I wouldn’t come here again. Unseasoned food and water down drinks does not warrant return visit.

Blue Tavern Hill is worth a visit and a write-up. With every course, I got a sense of their mission and their kitchen skill level, from the rich tasting duck confit and light well-made gnocchi, to the to-die-for Mushroom Wellington that was the highlight of the evening and made for some gastronomic reveries, and to the Apple Tart that was something not out of the regular block. Aside from some minor missteps in a couple of the above dishes, this place is worth the trip to Baltimore, a city that keeps surprising me with its good food. And to savor 3 courses for around $40, I will be making more trips northward, especially for that heavenly Mushroom Wellington.
