The food is way overpriced for what you get. I had the fish sandwich, which tasted like a cheap tv dinner you warm up in a microwave. Fries were mushy. The waitress were friendly and attending to all our needs but over all very disappointing. The place wants the Rolls-Royce vibe with a Ford Pinto service. Must do better or lower your price.

It’s a hotel restaurant and not a bad one at that. Not a great one but I’ve only eaten here once. The burger was, well, alright but nothing special. The fries were the same. The food is 3 stars but the nice waitress was quick, attentive and very, very busy. Honestly I figured the service would be poor based on the amount of tables our server was responsible for but it was great!

The Blue Horse Restaurant was closed, but the Lounge was open and serving the restaurant’s menu. The restaurant is not open on night the hotel has low occurrence rate, but the Lounge is open serving food. The serve was outstanding. The menu is not large but has a good selection. The food is excellent. The Derby Pie for dessert was outstanding. The online menu is not the menu being used. The Crown Plaza is the only hotel in the group of hotels that has a restaurant. Recommended.

We are on the bar side, very nice booths, and upright tables also. We had the Buffalo wings, traditional style. Nice and meaty, well cooked and saucy. Bartender was swamped by a sudden influx, but she handled drinks and food orders like a champ. I only get there about once a year, but I always look forward to it.

$14 for this fish sandwich. Fish was really dry. We had been driving 3+ hours, so we settled on the hotel restaurant.

I had a drink at the bar and ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries to go. Service is excellent, ambiance good for a hotel bar/restaurant. The hotel side is much better than public entrance and service on public side was terrible and food cold. I ate there on a previous visit when I didn’t stay at the Crowne Plaza. This time I took my food to the room and it was delicious. If you like to be outside the room the bar is nice and comfy with TVs to watch and intimate seating at the tables.

Went for dinner. There was a wait for table service, but same menu was available in the bar. Food came out super quick. I’ve had bad experience in thus restaurant before (during a convention in the hotel, breakfast was painfully slow in coming), but when there isn’t a convention in the hotel it’s a solid choice. Food was great!

The patio is great. The manager is fantastic. We waited over half hour for our beer and food (quick to make items) and he took care of us, which is why I’m rating 4/5 instead of 3/5

I was visiting here for the car audio show. Saw this on maps and decided to give it try. I’m not sure why it’s not busier, other than price. Prices are a bit steep. However, service was excellent and the food was great. Had salmon the first night and shrimp and grits the second night, well cooked and will seasoned. Drinks were pretty good as well.

-10/10 My family, my girlfriend, and I were at the hotel for Wonderfest on Saturday. We had gotten the buffet which included fried chicken, some kinda for fried potatoes wedges, etc. Both me and my girlfriend got violent food poisoning which resulted in horrible sickness for 2 days straight. I know it was those two foods as well as they were the main source of it all. I’m not sure if they were undercooked or what but I’ve never had issues with either before. Would not recommend.
