My wife and I went last night. Food was great and so was the service. Not your usual pizza place. It’s got incandescent lighting and industrial feel and just laid back. Service was phenomenal and it was really relaxing. Lots of house made cocktail options, many side salads to choose from to go with their legendary pizza. I hear the wings are great too . Sandwiches can be served on a traditional hoagie bun or on fresh made pizza crust. Nice outdoor area too if you prefer dining outside. My wife and I are going back tonight because we were so impressed with the food and service. If you like casual dining in a relaxing venue this your place.

We absolutely love this place. Their bruschetta is outstanding and what I normally order. Last night we decided to try the stuffed mushrooms and I about fell over. They were huge! I couldn’t believe we hadn’t tried them before. The quality and freshness of all their dishes is what keeps us going back. Did I mention the cauliflower crust pizza? Glutton free options? This local pizza place is the best. Friendly service and good prices. Don’t wait as long as I did to try the mushrooms; its a meal within itself. Two thumbs up!

Alright, first call is to New Yorkers, they have amazing, authentic Grandmas pizza , never seen that anywhere in nation but NY. 2nd call is to everyone, if you want best pizza ever, try Grandmas pizza. The outdoor seating makes you feel like you’re in a forest or something, super cool. Peter the owner, is super nice and down to earth, and staff is very friendly and attentive, but not too much. Worth the drive even if you’re coming from far. Trying to think of something negative to balance review, but I can’t, haha.

We had ordered curbside pickup and after arriving somewhat after the suggested availability time we pulled to the curbside and waited. No one came after waiting some time so I was forced to go inside and retrieve my order that apparently had been sitting there for some time. They failed to check to see if we had arrived and offered no apology for the wait. In addition, the wings were not what we ordered at all and there were only a very small number of pieces of meat on the pizza. A lot of money for poor service, inaccurate preparation, and inattentiveness.

I have never eaten at this restaurant before and thought I’d give it a try. I called and placed an order for a sub sandwich with extra onion and the person taking my order repeated my request just to confirm. I picked my order and left when I looked at my sandwich I noticed that there was no onion at all. I looked at my receipt to see if maybe there was a notation stating no onion, but there wasn’t. What I did see was a charge of .99 for red onions. I go back to the restaurant and asked one of the associates about the charge and he replied, It’s a charge for Extra Onion. I then show him the sandwich that had no onions and to remedy the problem he said was would go to the kitchen and bring me a container of onions. I did NOT find that ACCEPTABLE. I thought by going to this restaurant I would save time and money considering I’m only a few doors down. I will never go back to this restaurant again. I will continue sitting in traffic and eating elsewhere for my lunch breaks. I know mistakes happen, but if customers are going to be Charged Extra Money, customers should get what they par for!

Best pizza, worst service. I’ve found in Ft.Myers, although they have straight up hung up on me and not answered for 3x call backs. Use my bros phone they immediately take my order. Pretty sure because I never switched my phone to 239 area code so they think I’m a tourist. Think that you would want the money, but maybe your a locals only joint… I’ve came in multiple times on hold for 8+ mins. Being hung up on, try to get square cuts it’s all wrong. I have pics tired of explaining and getting hung up on. This happens a lot here. I’m just going to being my money to the other pizza joint, making this many excuses on how to order and the staff just hanging up or not answering the phone so I have to drive there is bad management. I shouldn’t have to ask for a manager to make an order. If your pizza maker can’t read square cut, I shouldn’t have to chase you down to fix it. You should offer to make up for the failures of a poorly managed team. I just refuse to give you money again. Get your house in order. Hire people who can read the order.

This is my 2nd trip to Blue Moon, and this time I got the Santa Fe Chicken. I did swap the cilantro for tomatoes, and it was FANTASTIC!!! One of the BEST southwest style Pizzas I’ve had.

If you are gluten intolerant or celiac DO NOT eat or dine at Blue Moon. I ordered gluten free pizza, explained I have a gluten allergy to the server. The server stated he had understanding, & would also voice to the kitchen staff the importance of no cross contact. My husband also ordered a pizza that was the same size, but not gluten free. The pizzas came out separately & looked delicious. I asked the staff who brought my pizza to the table if it was gluten free, again I was told, “yes it is gluten free”. The pizza did not taste gluten free, the crust & texture looked exactly like my husband’s gluten filled pizza, so I asked another staff if both pizza’s had been prepared gluten free & was told neither pizza was gluten free. The manager also verified the pizza was Not gluten free & did not appear to have understanding of what it is for a celiac to be glutened. BEWARE if you are Gluten Intolerant or Celiac.

Always the best service and pizza! They have the only crust I enjoy and their breaded eggplant added to their white veggie pizza or anything blows any other place out of the water! 3 adults and a child shared one large and we’re more than happy but you will crave it!
