Just moved to Monroe and tried for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was wonderful and the Benedict was great with poached eggs cooked perfectly and real hollandaise. We will return. They took extra care with small kids. My wife had the veggie skillet and the cremini mushrooms were a nice touch. Also inside was nice and clean and well updated.

We read the reviews and the majority kept saying that the food was “ok” but mostly positive reviews so we checked it out. Ate there once and after we got done with our food we came to the conclusion that it was indeed “ok” lol. The reviews don’t lie. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t off the chain amazing. It was all just “ok.” Would I go back? Probably not since there are better options out there but it was decent.

Even though it was breakfast time they the dinner plates we really wanted. We stopped in from out of town and i had the Prime rib, french onion soup, and mashed potatoes. Well overall meal, pleasantly enjoyed the food here.

The food quality here was quite high for such a humble establishment. The value for money is there too, as the price to quality to size is reasonable. The French onion soup was delicious. We actually ended up here because most of the eateries in the downtown area weren’t open on a holiday weekend in an area that is clearly attempting to draw in casual tourists.
