Had a chance to try Blue Ribbon today in Montrose. The brisket is nice and moist. The hot sausage was just the right level of spice. Overall really enjoyed the food.

Sherry is THE BEST! She and her son Zach catered my wedding just outside of Montrose a few weeks ago. They truly made it happen for us as we did not pick an easy location to get to. Throughout the process she was easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. She went above and beyond for us. We had not tried Blue Ribbon Bar B Que before our wedding day and let me tell you–it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! All of our guests could not stop raving about how good each and every item she served was. We will be stopping at her spot in Montrose, CO each and every time we drive through there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had lunch at the Ouray food truck location in front of the KJ Wood Distillery. We are from the Texas Hill Country so we like to think we are experts in BBQ :). We ate the ribs and brisket which were very moist and tender. The beans were very flavorful as well. We highly recommend Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Que when you are in the area.

DEFINITELY THE BEST BBQ on the Western Slope (unless you count Scotty Kentons Catering – but you gotta have a wedding for that) – I am from the South and I am critical when eating BBQ…These folks do it right…Tangy, Sweet and Hot sauce…True Southern BBQ Beans and Quality Meats…True Texas BBQ food truck right here folks!
