We’ve been going to Blue Ridge Grill for years. The service has recently improved, we had fantastic service on this visit. I finally found a place that has hot, delicious fries! It’s so hard to find that in a restaurant, you’d think all restaurants should have hot, great fries but they don’t. But Blue Ridge Grill does! Their salads are wonderful and they have vegetarian options (I had the mixed greens salad and it was perfect, the dressing was tasty and liked the candied pecans and mango). Their Mexican egg rolls are the best. Adding in the handicap ramps around this restaurant. There are handicap spots in the parking garage and ramps and auto-doors on your way to Blue Ridge Grill. Also if you’re coming from the park, there is a ramp from the street too.

No wait for a table on a Friday early evening! Everyone was welcoming. Service was quick and our waiter checked on us multiple times (Matt B). Food was fresh and tasty. Nice size portions too. Military discount was a PLUS! Great location, and nice family friendly atmosphere.

We dropped the kids off at an activity and came in here for dinner, and boy did we have a good meal! We tried the specials,a seafood pasta dish and a fish, and shared them a bit. Both were fantastic! Prices are a bit high, but definitely fair, and certainly competitive for seafood dishes. Our server struck the balance of being attentive without being annoying. The casual atmosphere, with a focus on local Northern Virginia sites and events was welcoming and pleasant. We will definitely be back soon for another round!

I rarely give 5 stars across the board but Blue Ridge deserves it! Been to the Brambleton location twice in the past couple weeks. Both times were great. The service, food and atmosphere were top notch. On my first visit I had the King Street Creole Pasta. The sauce was fantastic and everything was sauteed perfectly. The second visit I had the Lobster Bisque & Sriracha, Honey, Lime wings. The server said it was a new flavor they were trying. I hope they add it to the menu! The Bisque? Some of the best I’ve had.

Just had a BLT and it was a good size and hit the spot. Nothing fancy with fries that could have been crispier. Salads looked great, too. Staff seemed distracted but not too badly. Nice outdoor seating area.

They make the best prime rib sandwiches, ribs, chicken, crab cakes and baked beans you ever tasted in this area. Great location too! I’ve been coming here for years and enjoy eating the food and people watching. Great for dine in or takeout and great customer service. When they made mistakes with my orders they took time to make it right!!!

TJ Travels
So my friend recommended this place and we went there to have a nice Friday lunch. However, things didn’t turn out as expected. Shrimp should have been cooked little more, we are sea food people, but still we could smell the fishy smell and little undercooked. Veg pasta was undercooked as well, the very person who recommended the spot wasn’t happy. Finally, i ordered buffalo chicken sandwich (special of the day) was descent . Instant hit item was french fries , Overall not quite the experience for the price !!

We ordered an appetizer, soups and entrees. Spinach artichoke dip was good but the salsa that was served with it was not very appetizing. The lobster bisque soup had a very good seafood flavor, the bisque was creamy but not quite the velvety consistency of others. Lobster pieces in the soup were pretty small which was slightly disappointing, but the bisque was tasty and I ate the entire bowl of it. The Leesburger had a very good BBQ sauce on it, was cooked correctly to order but could have used a little more seasoning in the burger. The fries were the thinner shoestring style fries and were seasoned very well, came out to the table hot, and were over all delicious! The chicken tenders were hand battered in house and were very good! All of the staff was very friendly and courteous, and our waitress did a great job taking care of us. Parking was a slight issue, but being the location of the restaurant, we expected that to be an issue. Over all experience was nice, and we would return, but it wasn’t a got to go there restaurant in my opinion.
