In the area for work and decided to drop by. The seat yourself option was easy enough and there is plenty of seating through two separate dinning halls. Staff was friendly and very attentive. My drinks were always filled and the food was fast as well. I enjoyed the pizza but wasn’t a huge fan of their crust. That said I really enjoyed all the rest of my options and would return. Cheers!!

It was really really bad service and food overall. We walk in this restaurant that my husband and I visited 9 years ago. It was good and fast forward 2 weeks ago with a party of 11. The worst pizza our company has ever had. They described it as cardboard box tasty and the cheese was like plastic. The only item we ordered was the corn Nuggets. Also, ordered artichoke dip and it was awful no one ate it. There are no vegan friendly food whatsoever there is dairy even on their dressing. I Asked for vinegar and oil they didn’t have any available. The server we had took off and got waited on after 30 minutes into our meal the waiter that took over had to ask over and over who get what. We ordered a calzone with just veggies as we can’t have dairy or animal products it tasted awful. Really sad how downhill this place has gone.

We order from BRP quite frequently for my company. Today, I needed 20 sandwiches so I called a few minutes before they opened in order to give them ample time to prepare. The person who answered the phone (at 10:50am) informed me that she could not take my order until 11am and that I should call back at 11. I called back at 11 and from 11 until 11:05, someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me. I finally called from another number and someone answered and after a brief hold, took my order. My order was for $245, and my tip would have been 20% (approx $50). As a small business in a cut throat world, Blue Ridge Pizza should do better to keep good customers coming back. And to the person hanging up on me, the joke us on you.

We have only been twice but the food is good. The table service was good but the kitchen… Our pizza was served Luke warm because it had been packed in a to-go box. We waited while people came and went and we were still waiting on food and then not served hot was a let down.

Bartender was waiting tables inside, outside and the bar with a party of about 20. They are aware of the group coming in every first Wednesday of the month and the bartender admitted she asks to be by herself. The owner shows up after the rush and announces he can’t get help but in the meantime has servers from the other part of the restaurant coming over trying to help the greedy one. We saw people walk out and not being served correctly. The greedy one even refused to serve one table saying they dont tip anyway. Very miserable experience!☹️

Kind of out in the country my son and I noticed this place with a parking lot full of cars. We said, must have decent food, picked a pizza after riding all day and it was awesome pizza! Huge slices, mega-toppings! Nothing fancy on the inside but it’s the food that counts!

Called and was placed on hold.Never came back. Called again and placed order 20 mins arrived at restaurant no one in parking lot. Came in got order went home left out spaghetti came back she said I never ordered spaghetti had to wait another 20 minutes on spaghetti. WILL NOT BE BACK.
